I would like to hope Top Gear will actually reinvent themselves but I doubt it because the BBC paid Clarkson a lot of money, (something something, I’m a British tax payer, something something) for the Top Gear format and they probably want to get their money’s worth.

For me Top Gear was at its best when it was the trio in 3 cars whether they are new or used having a banter filled adventures across some exotic land like Botswana, Bolivia or Blackpool.
Yup. Top Gear has always posted a mix of their magazine antics and clips from the show. Usually on their website but they seems to be more willing to put stuff on YouTube which is good because the player on their website is really hit and miss.

Harris is a shareholder in Drive so they are probably excluded from any exclusivity agreements. Also CHOC is apart of Top Gear or is Top Gear apart of Harris’s ever growing motoring empire. It’s a bit hard to tell.
He owns a chunk of /Drive so it’s probably excluded from an exclusivity clause in his contract if he has one.
I’ve heard an odd rumour about the pre order DLC. I bought the game in store and for some reason was given a pre order copy which comes with the Family Kick Back DLC.
