I didn’t know that! That’s interesting and makes perfect sense.

True! But if Nikki or anyone else wins the primary… they’re going to win. Hate to give props to Karl Rove (of all people!) but he ran an opinion piece in the WSJ that was spot on - whichever party runs a “young” candidate will win. And he’s right. And he’s evil.

We can vote at the ballot box and we can vote with our dollars - I promised my wife we wouldn’t visit states with such a medieval take on health care. And if they ever ban it in our home state that we can and will move. We’re fortunate - but I wish there was a campaign that would say “No abortions? No tourism”. Let

They would have a family office with powers of attorney in place so that they can act on their behalf for day to day affairs. All bills would go to the family office and reconciled from a household account. The family office landscape is wild.

29 weeks is icky - my 32week premature boy is turning 6 next month. I don’t know where the correct line is, but I think it’s well inside 29 weeks.

That’s the dream. Owner abandons boat, you get to chill all winter in warm weather on a yacht, get paid, and do little. Jealous!

If you can’t describe the business in a way that a 6 year old can understand you don’t have a business.

This was good, very good.

This comment had more context and info in it than the whole article plus all the comments. Thanks for articulating it so clearly!

I’m American, Muck, and I use it the same way as you.

I’m not sure legally but plenty of bars have “ladies nights” where only men pay cover.

I was waiting for someone to mention the 3/4series bmw - plus you can get it with x drive (4 series anyway) so it’s a summer convertible or a winter coupe!

The best way to ruin a 911 in Pittsburgh (my city) is to drive one over a 4” deep snow covered pothole at 25-30 mph. The bone crunching thud where you have to immediately apologize to your car. I’d LOVE *any* 911, but one with a few extra inches of clearance would be very useful. I’d give up 20 mph of top speed for

Love the cuisinart coffee maker- I have a similar one but in lieu of hot water it has a k cup maker, perfect if you need that extra cup but don’t want to make a second pot.

Don’t ferget, boys, she’s terribly partial to periwinkle blue!

Like in super troopers… “Almost made it!”

I thought about this, but wouldn’t his headlights and siren lights be illuminating the area pretty well? When I’ve been pulled over the police always have their headlights on. Hard to imagine he didn’t see well enough for it to be ambiguous. Who knows, hopefully there is dash cam video from the squad.

In many cases you can switch assets between trusts. You could own two houses in two trusts that are both appraised for $500k. But their actual values, or future values, could differ wildly. You, as trustee, could switch the houses between the trusts with no impact on paper but a very large impact in real life. That’s

Thanks for the keen insight! Helpfully written and easy to understand. My biggest takeaway is to invent a baffled martini glass. Split the profits?
