I dont get that attitude, why would you want something to suck? I really dont like jared leto, but i still want him and this movie to be good. I even hold out hope that he'll be great, though i know chances of that are slim.

Well, right now it really looks like Emily is dead, and the Eugene situation is being treated very lightly.
Yeah, same here. I felt like I was watching El Topo or something, just pure nonsense and confusion from scene to scene. Jesse doesn't want to kill Carlos, oh wait, yes he does. Tulip wants to kill Carlos, oh wait, no she doesnt! I guess Jesse and Donny are friends nowWHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING??!!
Man that first episode was just great. If they could consistently keep that kind of tone throughout a season, this would be such a good show.
Our gang is going on a roadtrip….yaaayyyy? I can't wait…I guess? I don't know. After a pretty shaky start, I felt like the show was finally taking shape and really building to something. So to find out that none of it mattered in the end is incredibly demoralizing. And, kind of a huge relief. Now they can start…
I'll check it out.
Right, which is why i'm skeptical of this review. Ignatiy makes it sound like the artifice is intentional, but from the looks of the trailer, it just looks like they tried to ape american standards of spectacle and came up short, which is not the same.
The review makes an interesting case for artifice, but this movie really looks like shit. Like china's version of Gods of Egypt.
I was distracted more by how much he resembles Tony Shalhoub. I kept thinking "man, Tony Shalhoub is pretty ripped".
Justice League: Even moar Darkerer than regular Justice League. Justice League 82% Dark with raspberries and cacao nibs.
Yeah, I saw the movie last night, and I was less offended by the content of the story than the terrible quality of the animation. Just cheap, half-assed and unacceptable work that completely fails the source material, and insults the art of hand-drawn animation. Seriously, what the hell is wrong with the animation…
So, Emily just got pretty interesting. I didn't care that she killed the mayor, because for me it was a choice between him and sacrificing yet another innocent little creature. I'd feed that guy to a vampire long before that dog. But Emily didn't see it that way. She didn't know what we know about the mayor, that…
Eh, Adam Wingard knows what he's doing. I'm sure it'll be fine, and it looks a hell of a lot better than that terrible sequel.
Hey, its Tara! And Carol, yay! Woah a tiger, who's that guy with the dreadlo-….oh christ, they're gonna drag out the reveal to middle of the season, arent they? Goddammit.
Yeah, I agree it's a weird criticism since it's almost always a matter of opinion.
Yeah everything's basically the same, except Helga's clothes are slightly different. Took me a while to notice it.
I generally enjoyed the films and loved all the various side characters, Stanley Tucci, Elizabeth Banks, etc. But they eventually collapsed under the weight of their own themes and became dull. Mockingjay pt 2 was a lugubrious mess, and what was supposed to be a devastating finale was just eye-rolling.
I have a weird feeling that this might have been part of some intentional strategy to further galvanize Trump's anti-intellectual base, the majority of which would probably plagiarize wikipedia for their college term papers. So they'll probably just spin all the criticism as more elitism from the left, cause if…
I like animated Alex Jones. His waking life rant is one of the more entertaining parts of that movie.
Yeah, I thought it was ok. Needed more Tarzan action though, but it's a great looking movie.
