Also, for the sake of your fellow motorists, if you have one of these dials and you typically drive in well-lit urbanized areas, flip that about as low as it’ll go.

Yeah he really strikes me as the sort who is high on his own supply, but the supply is pretty good. I find myself at the ends of most of his movies going “Damn, he kinda did it again.” Maybe he could tell that special “it” was going to be missing from this.

I don’t get why creatives announce retirement, you never know if you will change your mind. Just stop making films until an idea comes to you? And if another idea doesn’t come to you that’s fine too.

This makes total sense. Tarantino is the kind of guy who is narcissistic/confident enough to write some masturbatory bullshit but also self aware enough to realize that it is bullshit and scrap it for something a little less masturbatory. And I say that as a fan.

100% agreed. I am a political lefty actively pursuing adding an EV to the garage, and will not buy or lease a tesla. Although they are the most price competitive, the biggest reason we won’t get one is Elon’s downfall into being a rightwing edgelord chad.

I think there is also some hard-to-quantify loss of ‘luxury-branding’ for Tesla. It was an obvious luxury brand when it came out with the initial couple cars, but (I think) this is no longer the case for multiple reasons, like stated by many others:

Funny how people on the right rage against “cancel culture” while embracing it just as much as anyone else.

Ron DeSantis ate this exact same shit-sandwich during his primary campaign for president. Eventually these freaks are going to figure out normal people are more off-put by anti-woke culture than they were by woke culture in the first place, Gonna be weird to see where that whole culture goes from there.

I wanted a Tesla for a while and now I wont even consider one as an option.

Sort of off-topic, but has “Go Woke, Go Broke” ever worked in real life?

Anti-woke mind virus

Elon is a fucking POS and you shouldn’t give him any of your hard earned money.

Barnie and Oppenheimer.

Only Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith wrote letters.

Adorable how they’re trying to pretend like them all happily trying to protect a convicted rapist didn’t happen and has nothing to do with this.

“When a movie came out, if it was good, we all went to see it. We all discussed it. We quoted lines and scenes we liked,”

“A bit wasted” is probably the best way to watch the Star Wars sequels.

That's what she said.

If this show doesn’t try to replicate the character personalities / relationships from the original series and continue to cast good actors like this, I could be interested. Generally agree that a new version of The Office is unnecessary but that doesn’t mean it’ll be bad.

Nice to meet you, Tired.
