I don’t want to get too caught up in semantics. I just meant she was 22 at the time, and many states consider 18 to be the legal barrier between child and adult. The difference is only a few years, so I phrased it as “nearly a child.”

In my opinion, 22 is pretty close to being a child. I still felt like a teenager when I was 22.

I know I’m no better than him for thinking he’ll die from suicide before he pays for his actions, but there it is.

I don’t eat meat but I rarely bother with vegan/vegetarian recipes. In my experience, they simply don’t taste good. I just find whatever recipe looks good (meat or not) and adapt it with a few substitutions. It’s been working for me.
