This keeps popping up in my “suggested for you” list. Five season length has me intimidated but intrigued. Is it worth the commitment?

Random observations:

Same here, it was like he felt he had to top the ambush of Sonny at the toll booth in part I, but it just seemed out of place.

I didn’t hate part III, but I did think the fly-by was tonally out of place. Seemed like a scene from Die Hard in the middle of a very serious trilogy of films.

For sure... I only saw the first couple MI flicks, looks like they kept getting better! For Cruise, my go-to would be Minority Report. 

Wow, I’ve never seen MI:5 and just watched that clip. That is a pretty damn cool scene.

I absolutely LOVED this movie but watched it again last year for the first time in decades... doesn’t really hold up so well, especially the swordfights! Count me in regardless.
