Planet X was supposed to arrive a shitload of times over the last few years. The apocalypse keeps hitting the snooze button and pushing back the date. I got into this conspiracy stuff after 9/11 and was looking forward to a Mayan apocalypse in 2012 but... well it hasn’t shook out so I’m resigned to living a full life

This is pretty good but Jon seems to be maybe putting a little too much effort into this joke. Like.. tweet about something else in between my dude. (Don’t get me wrong though, I love Daly)

For a nice interactive movie experience, they could unleash these monsters on anyone in the audience whose phone rings during the movie.

Saw the first two episodes, don’t really enjoy the JP character too much. I like the art design and hope the show won’t be too hampered / constrained by its own premise, but we’ll see if it charms me in the same way as some of these other cartoon network shows. Their new series Apple & Onion I find hilarious and am

I mean there are parts that worked, but it was more the development of Rey, Kylo, and Luke that I found compelling (though I also think it threw away some of the promising aspects of TFA).

I’m not sure of your point (no offense), I said it had NO impact. Didn’t make me sad OR horrified or anything. I had no emotional attachment to anything that went on with that scene. The article is calls it “tragic” though, which would imply feeling some sort of sadness, which again, didn’t really work for me. To me

Yeah that opening had no emotional impact (I could tell it was trying but not working) and really set the tone for an uneven film.

This looks cheap as shit.

Yeah this song sucks.

Six Feet Under, back in the disc days. Took awhile to get through it all but the first show that I marathoned from start to finish via the service.

Yeah no I’m on board with you, it was kinda boring and the emotional/sentimental twist felt cheap to me.

WCKD is a dumb acronym, but I’ve been surprised my how much I enjoyed this series. Hunger Games is better, Divergent series is worse. The premise seems a bit flimsy, but its entertaining.

Yeah no lets please cancel this Tonya Harding redemption arc.

That Keenan skit at the end needs to be put to bed. Keenan is good at mugging but nobody else brings it, so the laughs are strained.

I loved the challenge of Eventide, went there originally with only 3 heart containers (but a good deal of stamina), but it was much more manageable when I returned with a few more hearts and the bomb upgrade (the Hinox was the real part I struggled with, and I knew there were ways to avoid fighting it but I thought

Pointless riff on the stone age? I don’t really get why you’d take a swipe at Aardman with their track record. Their last movie was a “pointless riff” on pirates, and it was a fun family film.

I don’t think anyone really hates him anymore. He’s no longer an outcast, he’s just sort of begrudgingly tolerated. Being obnoxious is kinda his thing, but these days they mostly just eyeroll or ignore him when hes at his worst.

Thats an insane take. I liked how Andy eventually came around to being a likeable guy after being a jerk at first, but then by the end of the series hes back to being an irredeemable asshole.

I love Bobby M so I am disappointed for his sake, but I also suspect the show was not great so this is probably for the best.

No effort to give a shout out to the guy creating these videos for the LA Metro? He’s a fairly prolific Youtuber / director, Mike Diva.
