No, I’m annoyed because car companies are chasing each other to the bottom rather than making their core lineup more interesting, reliable, cheap, etc. Everyone feels compelled to compete in every segment, which is most clear in the small crossover arena.

Please star this post if you think “M3” should only ever be used for the iconic BMW model, and never be used to refer to the Tesla Model 3.

Everyone: THAT ORANGE MAN TELLING CORPORATIONS WHAT TO DO!

Tell that bum Tacos (I’m not typing that whole name out) that America is winning at cars. This thing looks like a Chinese knockoff of a Mustang and a Corvette mixed together. We don’t like the Chinese right now. I don’t think we do anyway, we might not. Look many have doubted my ability to have a 10 year old son. I

My impression of GM is that it is a company that desperately wants to make bold, exciting things; but is simultaneously terrified of bold, exciting things. They’ll dazzle us over and over again with exciting concepts, but should something interesting accidentally make production, they’ll nearly always kill it with

Retro badge for a retro powertrain. Z cars have had a 300-330 hp V6 for the past 30 years.

It’s probably for the people like me. To me, any manual is better than an auto. I know, call me crazy, but even in a VW DSG, I find my driving experience much more enjoyable in a manual. Wait for the Z06.

I’d wager they fully expected to break the car, they just didn’t know what they were going to break.

It really is a Ferrari experience at a quarter the price.

Breathing brake dust and soaking hands in old engine oil are an effective way of immunization.

And this is why we’re going to fail at this... No matter how much messaging gets out, people still think this is a) short-term, and b) not applicable to them.

These saved my life in 1990. A drunk driver trying to make an offramp sent me into them at ~50mph in a flimsy Rabbit GTI. It was the ONE time in my life I was driving without a seatbelt. We were all seriously bruised up but fine.

Someone needs to have the balls to put sliding rear doors on an SUV, and be done with it. It’s the correct solution for the problem.

Petrol is still sitting at around $1.22 per litre for regular, $1.36 per litre for oct95 and around $1.46 per litre for oct98.

Lol because you’re in California, therefore you get to pay more for everything.
