I downloaded it and got my first error message within 10 seconds of using it. The app crashed every time I tried to use the text tool. I've gone back to 2.6.7 for now.

@OCEntertainment: What sucks for me is that my home internet connection is significantly faster than my work internet connection. I have a 6Mbps connection at home while my work connection comes in around 768Kbps. My upload rate at work is about 3x faster than home, but how often is upload rate critical?

Nice app but it would be even nicer if it had an "Export" button that would automatically copy everything into a text file.

I just tried to install the beta version on my blackberry and got an invalid COD error, whatever that means.

I travel frequently and if I'm going to be anywhere more than 4 or 5 nights I'm going to stay in an extended-stay hotel so I can cook. Dining out, whether alone or with clients, gets old quickly.

The best meetings for me are first thing in the morning. Let's get in, let's meet, let me get back to what I need to do for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I have to deal with people in multiple time zones, so first thing in the morning to me might be too early or too late for them.

@Jason: I wear a t-shirt with almost every shirt that I wear. They prevent all but the heaviest sweat stains from getting through and tend to make me feel cooler because my shirt isn't clinging to my skin. As a side benefit, since the shirts don't get smelly, I can get an extra day of wear out of most of them.

To arrive anywhere more than 15 minutes early is just plain rude. If I'm going anywhere for an appointment I like to give myself plenty of time to get there then hang out until about 10 minutes before I need to be inside.

@DevourerKwi: I got a memory foam mattress about a year ago and it is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. I travel a lot and previously I had always looked forward to going to a hotel for getting a good night's sleep. Now I look forward to getting back home.

@fredcadete: MSG got a bad rap after ONE doctor found that he felt weird and shaky after eating a rather large meal of Chinese food. He wrote about this experience and the next thing you knew people were avoiding MSG. In double-blind tests using MSG and a gelatin placebo, 15% of people claimed to have a reaction to

@Darthvinder: The best ways to get a faster satellite fix are to make sure that your firmware is the latest and to purchase an external antenna if your GPS will take one. With an external antenna your acquisition time will be cut in half (at a minimum) compared to operating with only the internal antenna.

A lot of companies I know of will terminate you on the day that you give your 2-weeks' notice because they consider you to be a security risk at that point. It's a good thing to be prepared for something like that just in case. Other companies will instruct current employees to have NOTHING to do with former

I don't mind a handshake, but I do mind it if the other person has a damp or sticky hand.

When I travel it's almost always for business and I'm almost always going to need casual and dress clothes for each day that I'm on the road. I have been able to pack somewhat wrinkle-free but I usually do have to spend a few minutes ironing each day.

Eating in your car is a necessary evil if driving from place to place is a job requirement. About 10 years ago I had a job in which I would drive an average of 300 miles a day, 5 days a week. During that time I learned which foods I could safely eat without making a mess of my clothes, my hands, or my car.

Vote: Magellan 4250

I use a Magellan 4250. I like the size and brightness of the screen but I especially like the routing algorithm. I've used other brands (TomTom & Garmin) but the Magellan has been the easiest to use and seems more likely to get me where I'm going accurately. I like being able to choose the fastest route, the
