Unless you need visible abs for professional or competition reasons, my god, what a waste of time and energy when you could be out enjoying life. If you honestly enjoy the extensive time in the gym and deprivation it takes to maintain those abs then keep doing you but a flat stomach and good health are rewards enough.

You say it like Hillary didn’t break her agreement to debate Bernie again before California.

I’m guessing within 10 years this will be seen as a normal part of teenage sexual experimentation.

As somebody who sent a received tons of nudes when I was in highschool, I don’t get the big deal.

Uhh...you were using copyrighted material without permission. Tell me again how they were in the wrong to remove it?

“SoundCloud are such dicks, they let us use stuff we didn’t have the rights to for years and then they finally stopped!”

Yeah, the headline really misconstrues the issue. It had nothing to do with the podcast & they were using music they didn’t have the rights to. I don’t understand why people have such a hard time accepting that music, art, and design aren’t free to use without permission. Entitlement problems, but at least they got

So you used music that wasn’t yours to use and became shocked and surprised when a corporation stepped in and shut your program down? I mean, it sucks, but what leg do you have to stand on? “We supported Soundcloud for years” by believing in them? You had free accounts. They weren’t making any money off of you guys in

As far as I’m concerned she has no credibility. It blows my mind that people are acting like Sanders has something to prove but this nutcase doesn’t. Even more galling that they expect Sanders to prove his Civil Rights bona fides TO this rightwing nutjob.

Why more has not been made of her ties to Sarah Palin, I just don’t get. That REALLY hits her credibility.

Hell, Sanders TRIED to talk to them right there on stage at the rally but they wouldn’t stop screaming or let him anywhere near the microphone. This whole idiotic display was just political theater from people who have no interest in actually starting a conversation, just being the most outraged person in the room.

This sort of delusional crap is a common hallmark of the people that think former Tea Party rightwing extremist Marissa Johnson’s idiotic stunt was somehow “productive.” Clearly Bernie Sanders didn’t exist until she created him!

This is the most important sentence in the article. They kept saying it was about having a conversation, but never actually tried to just talk to Sanders. And then they got pissed when another activist took the radical step of just asking him to chat. It’s the difference between trying to get headlines, and trying to

Yeah if you don’t agree with people doing idiotic counterproductive things you’re a bad ally! I think you guys got this yourself, you don’t need this white devil helping.

Unfortunately, McKesson has done a lot of work in school privatization, which is the furthest thing any teacher should want.

Sanders wasn’t really seen as all that serious a candidate until Black Lives Matter blew him up, causing white progressives all over the country to take notice, take umbrage, and inevitably take his side.

The same evidence he has for proclaiming the Sanders fiasco a “big success” for the BLM movement, as opposed to the shark-jumping moment everyone here in reality regards it as.

Yes, this is a totally made up, nonsensical, non-factual claim. The weird thing is that its completely irrelevant to the main points Howard was trying ot make in the article. He didn’t need to say this — the rest of the article would still have been just fine. That he felt he could just flippantly throw out some total

I know that they’ve turned off their only ally, white liberals are super fucking pissed at BLM for their misplaced rage. I see it on Facebook and in conversations with my friends and family - it is a reality good or bad. Do I think they should behave? No. Do I think they need to realize who they’re friends are? Yes.

this sentence is everything:
