Kitty always brings out the worst in them. Sherlock griped at Watson the whole show.

I wondered why he was so gobsmacked at the sight of the baby……he always put himself in a parental role with Kitty..

The elementary writers are obviously following the old writing advice, "write what you know" but it is getting tiresome for the viewer. This frat boy subject matter may just doom a fine show. The writers and showrunner need to grow up.

This is my favorite show! Well, sitcom. The family has great chemistry and the mom is hilarious. The kids are all funny,, with the exception of the teen daughter, who seems to have little to do. Her 2 fit bit wearing frenetic neighbor is fun too. I am glad it was renewed.

I love Elementary and hope it is around for several more seasons. JLM is a wonderful actor, and LL's calmness perfectly balances his personality. I just wish they would make love…

Are we talking about Sherlock or Elementary?

Is there any color Joan doesn't wear well? Yellow is awesome!

Have never liked the character of Mary but I doubt she's really dead.

While we're mentioning Elementary, Jonny Lee Miller is phenomenal. He has had many great moments.

Sherlock has said several times he loves Watson, has had the statement made to him and he never denied it, but Joan has yet to say it to anyone. I don't know if LL is just coasting and cashing her big paychecks, or if her lack of screen time and plots bother her. The showrunner and writers are so anti romance between

Really enjoyed this episode, wouldn't it be great to get Morland Holmes and Shinwell in the same room?

These talking heads episodes are killing the show. There was no Clyde, no Joan/Sherlock scenes back at the Brownstone, only Sherlock's murderous look when Joan reveals that Shinwell threatened her.it was all exposition with very little action. The scene with Sherlock grilling the gang members with silly crimes was

Have to say I for one, find Shinwell compelling. His line reading in the last episode of "you can't help me" broke my heart.

If Sherlock gagged, it must have truly been vile. He has tasted many things

Marcus doesn't eat red meat, if I recall his having breakfast with Holmes at the end of the case with the zebras. Perhaps he is squeamish in general.

Exactly what I thought.

Never liked her. Glad he ended their fling. Don't think I could have stomached a love scene in a B&B…

Loved the chess game and all the meaning behind it. Shinwell seems to be invading Sherlock's territory, both physically and emotionally ( Joan's time and attention, which Sherlock runs on). The line about saying goodbye to your queen was especially sensational.

How about CBS's Elementary? Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu do excellent work every week, though some minor characters are left dangling.

"Small Screen Sherlocks" would be a great band name.
