Immortals at least kept his visual flair, Self/Less is the real fucking disappointment of Singhs career. It's not a good movie and it also looks like a super bland generic action movie.

He's an action director, not a story director sure, but I think that's an under rated skill set these days. He'd perhapse work better as like a second unit director doing action sequences for other directors who are more skilled in charecter and plotting and shit (see also: Zack Snyder) But with the state of action…

Josh Thomas is actually fairly well known in Australia, he was a regular on a game show that would always team up a celebrity with one of the regular comedians so most people know who he is. So him doing a show got fairly big press over here. (Or as much for an australian show)

He's similar to Tarsem Singh in my eyes, his movies might not be great, infact a lot of them just… aren't. But they all LOOK amazing.
