You're original complaint was that the deference of it was the equivalent of mansplaining, that's all I was refuting, since the deference of it was by a gay dude.

Not to even mention the dissruption happened prior to Sulu's conception, so maybe the destruction fo Vulcan caused something where Sulu's parents banged like 2 nights later or something so it's a different combination of Sperm/Egg meeting.

also the fact that the problem with gay representation is as little as 'well it's a change from the original' not "holy fuck that's the most offensive thing in the world!"

no but a gay guy saying why a gay charecter is a good idea to another gay guy doesn't really count as 'mansplaining' or whatever since the whole point of that is someone talking with authority about a life experience that they don't know much about.

Except wasn't it Zachary Quinto defending it, who's you know? Gay?

Abnbama?

…. do I even want to know.

"“Bill Cosby of media”"
Isn't Bill Cosby the Bill Cosby of Media?

Multiplayer Online Battle Arena? But honestly I'd have to google to double check…

Man it really says something about the state of media these days, Public Access… thats a disgrace.

They did two movies without him, (2 and 3) and their generally considered to be the worst in the franchise, number 4 is when the movies started to turn from dumb street racing movies to legitimate actual great action movies and was also Vins return to the franchise.

It's faster but I honestly find it a lot easier to follow even in games I don't play then anything in LoL. Like I can follow a guilty gear match fine (obviously missing the nuances) then I can ever follow like a Leauge of Legends game, even when I have my friend sitting next to me explaining whats actually happening.

Hell my DND group only got a telemovie.

I think you're thinking too much about strategy. These aren't stratagy games, I mean yeah there is a strategy at play but it's far less important then reading your opponent. An RTS or a MOBA are chiefly about my stratagey is better then your stratagey (Even a Moba is still built on the foundation of an RTS) fighting

Fifth highest grossing movie of all time. And it's part 7 of a franchise. Has there actually been any franchise in history that's just gotten bigger and more successful from movie to movie up till part 7 without a major reboot?

I think you're having teh wrong mindset going into watching FGC's that a move is best countered by another move. RTS's are full of strats and counter strats etc. But FGC isn't really. It's not about Ken's punch being best countered by Ryu's kick (If two attacking limbs hit eachother you get what's called a trade where

I didn't say best, I said, biggest and successful. Furious 7 made 1.5 billion dollars and their makign part 8. How many franchises get a part 8 without going straight to dvd or a reboot? I mean you can like it or not all you want, but facts are facts dude.

I've had my Leauge of Legends obbsessed friend show me some super hype leauge of legends plays and it's just 'uh…. ok?"

It sounds like you have more knowledge of MOBA's or Starcraft then fighting games though. So of course you're going to understand what is going on there more.

Modern old lady Sonya is basically the coolest fucking thing in MKX, Even if I can't stand the way she plays. She's come so far from the "HOLY SHIT TITS!" aspect of her design in fucking MK vs DC.
