The best friends full lets play of Ride to Hell: Retribution was amazing for this.

Oh god Drakengard 1, that game is just… just so awful to play. But the writing and plot is amazing, but just… god I don't want to play that game. It's so bad.

can I also put the rest of Persona 3 in that? I have tried so many times with that game but any time that it decides to be an actual game is just, the actual worst shit in the world.

fair enough, I mainly use em as like, a background noise for when I'm doing something else. Like as a replacement for having day time tv on or something. So after a point the actual game play and footage become irrelivent to me and it's just listening to people who I find amusing talk shit. The game is really just

I have no idea who Leo Messi is to be honest (Though google says he's pretty good at soccer?)

That's kinda like being introduced to the concept of music by hearing Skrillex.

"I also watch them if the LPer is a particularly good host. Some are genuinely funny and genial."

If you're talking about pro gamers, think of it like watching sports, I could go out and play basketball myself but I'm never going to be as good as the people in the NBA, so it's fun to watch them play and be amazing.

for what it's worth, that doesn't make watching a good lets play of them BAD so much, I watched a full lets play of Bloodborne since I don't own a ps4 and enjoyed it heaps. I just wish I could have actually played it for myself.

I'm not sure if I'd RATHER watch then play, I do enjoy playing games, but I watch a tonne of lets plays on as like background noise when I'm doing shit. Also tournament fighting games are always impressive as fuck to watch.

lets plays are as good or as bad as the people doing em. If you find people who have a similar sense of humor to you and shit there great. If you watching people you don't like doing them it's worse then the hollocaust.

Like a lets play without any commentators?
That's called a long play. Youtube game name + long play on youtube and you'll find a bunch.

while I can appreciate not wanting to get into the series because of that, I feel like the souls games are probably one series the most that loses something in watching others play rather then playing yourself. The entire draw for the series is that sense of slow improvement and discovery wich kinda lacks in watching

Grand Wizzard Wakka is the only thing that got me through the lets play.

Nu-Wasp? I honestly didn't have an issue with her. But I haven't seen it since it came out.

jesus who shit in your cereal this morning.

Disney have released 7 tinkerbell movies since 2008. Making a feature that appeals to the demographic buying the shit out of that, even if the tie is super loose is like free money.
