Oooh Prey! I like that one. It's such a twisted little tale.

Huh, I missed that, I guess. I have a bunch of story arcs from that series but no where near a complete set. Trades would certainly be nice. DC is starting to collect (recollect?) the Shadow of the Bat series, I see. So maybe another series of LoDT collections might happen too.

I stopped reading that book after a year or two, I think, so I missed most of the other artists and I think I missed that weird pregnancy thing too. I've read about it though and…yeesh.

Emphasis on "in a pinch" with JLE because I thought they got her all wrong in that series. And I felt like Bart Sears drew her atrociously. While his style isn't my cup of tea, I didn't mind it altogether on that book but his PG seemed all wrong.

The Connor/Palmiotti run on PG is one of the best on any book this century. There, I said it.

Also, I wish DC would start up a series of trades collecting LoDK. I would buy those so fast it isn't funny. Then I could dump my back issues.

That was one of my favorite series. Ever.

O'Neil certainly was capable of some truly depressing and dark work.

I loved Ellis's Moon Knight but then didn't stick around for the runs by Wood and Bunn after that. I'll try to catch up on Unlimited, I suppose.

A name that will never fail to make me snicker.

Venom paints a very unflattering picture of Batman but yeah, he turns it around in the end. Because he's Batman!

So long and thanks for all the undead fish.

That's a fantastic run. Recently collected in trade, too. Not only was the run great but the covers by Alan Davis were wonderful too.

Agreed. Not sure if and when I can participate but if I can I'm game for it!

Same here.

See, I feel like I've seen a lot of people here saying they don't like Bitch Planet. So you are not alone! I haven't read it, myself, but I do see a lot of love for it elsewhere online.

I would add Don Newton, Dick Sprang, and Norm Breyfogle to that Batman list. Damn, Batman's had some really stellar and long runs by some phenomenal artists over the years.

Major upvote for this. That's a hell of a good list and most of the ones I would have added to this conversation.

I'm curious about Moon Knight, for sure. How is it? And Power Man & Iron Fist? I read the first two issues but dropped it mainly for money reasons.

I loved that era of Spider-Man and Hobgoblin was a terrific villain!
