Man, he's going to disappoint the shit out of the local kids if he's not around for Halloween. No cotton candy machine.

It was a mid-season crossover?

I think that was the moment I pretty much gave up on giving the movie a chance, because I could deal with some of the crap, but that was just full-on balls out stupid.

Donatello. Doesn't matter which one, I always wanted Donatello.

That's what the page is saying, yes. Which seems to be a pretty common argument for the pro-Hawaiian group, since I found another page saying the same thing. Everyone else seems to beg differently.

But she loves dogs.

I thought John Carter was a lot like Jupiter Rising; it really needed some stronger editing. Other than that—and accepting the fact that you're basically cheering on a Confederate soldier as the hero—it's not a terrible movie. I think he acquitted himself a hell of a lot better than he did as Gambit, anyway.

I've been eyeballing them since we got them, but I can't convince myself to bother trying them after the vanilla Combos debacle.

Forgot, we have those two; two different ones.

So….these aren't supposed to be showing off sweets that aren't for sale yet, are they? Because we already have a few of these for sale at my station. And you're right; those vanilla cream Combos are so bland, you can't taste anything but pretzel. They should have just used dark chocolate and be done with it.

Here you go: according to the Hawaiian Independence homepage (which admittedly means they may be more biased than not), it looks as if only American citizens, or native Hawaiians who did not turn down citizenship, could vote. So according to this site, basically two whole islands voted no, and everyone who voted yes

I watched those shows, and I am in no way clamoring for remakes, updates, or any sort of shit.

Yes. I remember fuck-all about the actual episode, but I do remember that specific incident.

No, no, you're right, how terrible of me to think that not liking war means I must obviously give fuck-all about the people fighting in it. It's only because it inconveniences me as a person, what with everyone bitching at me to be patriotic and wear flag pins.

That makes the most sense.

The one thing I think curves the whole "Fry as his own grandfather always being true" is that he's always been told ENIS was his grandfather. Which would make some sense if Enis hadn't died, and Mildred ended up marrying him and naming him the father because having a bastard would not go over well in that day and

That was the best extended joke ever.

We all do. My dad hated it so much, he voluntarily enlisted in the Marines. That showed 'em!

It was almost beautiful how deftly he sidestepped everything he established in the OT except for a few names and job titles.

I am so old.
