Honestly, I'm just crushed because I have no idea if I'll get another chance to see the movie. I think so but, who the hell knows when. I'm bummed cos I've heard it's really fun.

I think you really hit on why I haven't tried Triumph of the Will yet. It sounds kinda boring to watch a rally, especially when it's cheering on ideals you don't care about. I loved that first part of the Olympiad, though.

I'm sure I'll get a lot of pushback on this, but I was mildly disappointed in the big fight sequence (the wedding). Thought it was kinda clunky and found my mind wandering. But a lot of the other stuff was really funny and entertaining.

Um, I'd never heard of this but I really want to see it now.

What's so weird is that a lot of it is by-the-numbers, and it's not like Barrymore is an amazing director, but it's got such warmth and joy and the soundtrack is really fun too. I love the movie.

United States of Tara definitely gets better as it goes on. I really like Tara's kids.
