[Shrugs.]  Honestly, the plot-y second half of Short Term 12 was nowhere as big a turn as the one in the plot-y third act in Mud.  And both movies built up enough good will that those turns didn't bother me too much.

It's been so, so beautiful in NYC right now.

How did Night Film work as an audiobook??  When I looked at a copy of it, it seemed like such a visual book.  & did you "enhance" your reading "experience" with that app thingy?

I finished my "years of my life" project.  I didn't write reviews but you can see the star ratings here.  I'm not so sure about the way I rated some.  For the most part I had a lot of fun with this project and the movies were pretty worthwhile.

I just can't believe how spoiled we've been, and in the past few weeks I've become acutely aware of how rare this experience will be in our (pop culture) lives.  Like, I don't even know that we deserved such a gem of a show, so I'm grateful that it stayed on the air for as long as it did.

Sorry to piggyback on this comment, but I'm scared that if I wait for the actual post for the finale my comment will get buried.  I just want to thank Donna for her recaps, she really made the experience of watching an incredible show like Breaking Bad even better.

Aw, never mind then.  I guess I won't be tuning in after all.
