His cousin was actually played by his real life cousin, hence the bad acting. I sort of find it charming that Ansari wants to include his real life family members into the show, whether they can or like acting or not (His mother presumably hates it…and it shows).

Actually, Harry was pretty much an ass in the movies the way he ended his relationship with Cho! It was such lazy writing. Cho was fed a truth potion which forced her into telling the truth to Umbridge and when she tried to apologise to Harry, he gives her the cold shoulder.

Yeah to clarify further, the kid playing Crabbe got busted for growing marijuana, was fired and the black character in the final film is Blaise Zabini (introduced in the sixth book and played by a non-speaking Louis Cordice in the final three films…although Cordice voiced the same character in the video-games).

That's not quite true through. They had a black extra credited as Lavender Brown in the Prisoner of Azkaban movie but she was never identified onscreen, she didn't have any speaking lines and she didn't do anything that would match anything that Lavender does in the book (with the exception of attending class

If you haven't read the books, stay the hell away from YouTube comments sections. A large majority of the book fanbase love being smug assholes and spoiling the show.

I have to agree. I loved the first five seasons of Mad Men, started to fall out of love with it in Season 6 and now I just don't get excited about it anymore. There isn't even an overall huge dip in quality either…I just ain't feeling it. Maybe I'm focusing too much energy on Game of Thrones.

Yeah I agree. Last night's episode aside, I think Emilia has been a pretty decent Daenerys and she really does have presence when it comes to speaking Valyrian. She's just pretty low on the scale of a cast of outstanding actors.

I'm probably going to come across dumb here but I have no idea what you're talking about. Is that some sort of reference?

No but the Baratheons have Targaryen blood in them. Robert, Stannis and Renly's paternal grandmother is Rhaelle Targaryen (she married a Baratheon). Her brother was Jahaerys who produced Aerys and Rhaella ( Dany's parents who also hapen to be brother and sister). So Stannis is a first cousin of Mad King Aerys and a

No it would go to his lizard daughter. Granted Westerosi people outside of Dorne would much prefer a male heir but when all your sons and brothers are dead, you have a problem.

I think Brienne's adventures are going to be condensed massively in the show. I think she'll encounter Stoneheart in the very final moment of the season finale.

I don't think there's any surgery going on, I just think she was pulling a pretty ugly facial expression. I think Emilia Clarke is gorgeous for the most part and I also like her acting unlike most people (she was excellent in Season 1 when she arguably had the best material) but tonight, I was in agreement with

I'm pretty sure it's Toronto. You can see Toronto cityscapes, Canadian dollars and Ontario licence plates in various episodes throughout the season. Why do all Canadian shows have to be ambiguous about where they are set anyway? The creators of the show said that the setting is generic but I can't think why. National

Lagertha's going to show up in next week's episode though, it showed her in the preview with Jarl Attempted Rapist telling her she still loves Ragnar. The show seems to be playing loose with the actual characters. It's fairly decent at getting the historical details down but seeing as so much of Ragnar, Lagertha

Do you think we'll get a time jump for next season? The show's timeline is still in 2012 (Hannah started the series aged 24 and only turned 25 this season) so could the show pick up two years after she finishes grad school (putting it around 2014). It might give all the characters growth yet still relatively young

On the surface, it may seem that way. But Game of Thrones and Vikings are two different beasts completely! Don't judge if you've only seen one episode.

When Neil Marshall directed the "Blackwater" episode for Game of Thrones, he was apparently approached by an executive who said "Look I represent the pervert side of the audience. I want full-frontal nudity in this scene."

That was my problem with American Hustle and why it was my least favourite of the Best Picture nominees (the abundant critical love for what I thought was a slightly above average movie also helped fuel my backlash). Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner were the only two people who felt like human beings in that film. Bale,

I've seen all the major nominees and I'm glad to know that I'm not alone in disliking Meryl Streep's performance. It would have been a phenomenal theatrical performance but in the more naturalistic realm of film, Meryl was over-the-top, hammy and far too contrived in her mannerisms. For the first time, I know what

I'm a straight guy who watches this show…but I do need to get laid.
