Is there a Transformer that turns into a decent script with a sensical plot?

Given my Mexican background, the Spaniard Antonio Banderas

Look forward to JJ Abrams rebooting this in 2034

welcome to Earf 2. Not that ill-fated NBC show from the 90's.

The positive side of bingeing is that lack of self-control is really immersive. One can really get into the show, watching episode after episode. You can really inhabit the world in a way that having to wait a week to get another glimpse of it really diminishes.

This reminds me of the different way my wife and I read books (a quaint medium dependent on plant matter). I usually fly through books wanting to know happens next. My wife takes her time, analyzes stuff (prophecies, mysteries etc..). Ultimately, years later, I can barely recall anything about the books we both happen

I read this twice and now understand your point. I can't imagine anyone understanding JJ Abrams when he pitched this idea in 2 minutes to dumb executives.

Nope, some Romulan dillweed went back in time and killed someone important and now everything is new and different.

It's time for my official "scientist discussing pop culture which has allusions to science" fine print:

They shoulda gotten the director from "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo". You know, because of his/her experience.

Welc's 2 here #millenial #ID4-2 #texting

Jokes on us, this is a viral/buzz/synergistic marketing scheme to promote Katherine Heigl's 27 Dresses 2: 54 Dresses.

I hope they get Daniel Day Lewis, would really enjoy hearing about him joining Google and working on making those ads better.

Source Code 2: Some one forgot the "end program main" statement

"A brief history of Time" by Stephen Hawking.

There has to be a self selection thing here, "smarter" people will probably want to separate themselves from the popular or "dumb" music, seeking out the niche acts that appear there. This is not a rule though of course, as U2 is popular and "smart"

Dude, there's nothing serious going on right now so it's cool

This just underlines how better TV is than big studio Hollywood. More original, better told stories that this tired old dross. Worst of all, going to one of their unnecessary 3D things actually costs more than Netflix.

Look, I am no friend to FIFA (they havent sent me 1 Million USD in a manila envelope), but at least some of the problems with the Cup's legacy in Brazil are the fault of the Brazilians authorities themselves (and sponsors who supposedly would pitch in for the stadiums).

Totally agree. Fretting about the future direction of the show is useless as that can take any direction good or bad, but why dwell on that hypothetical situation? You hit the nail on the head, to hear the AV Club tell it (and other critics as well), the showrunners are idiots and who knows how they got to their
