When I saw "gauntlet," I thought of the Clint Eastwood movie.

I usually agree with the mudslinging around here from the reviewer and commenters but I have to call foul on this one. Even though I said aloud to all in the room, "This reminds me of "Of Mice And Men," it still was not a cheap shock.
Totally whacked out movie and fairly disturbing with a strong lead performance from Tony Lo Bianco(his interrogation with a deranged father is chilling and powerful.)
He WAS scary.
Those people were even more dumb than the ones on Redemption Island with Boston Rob!
I face palmed reading that.
The opening of this show was always pretty awesome. How fast does he unload that Winchester? Damn!
Which was based on the book, "The Butterfly Revolution!"
What a year for movies!
THE SEVENTH SEAL is one of the great existential journeys in cinema.
FRIENDLY PERSUASION is somewhat underrated. Despite some broad comedy, it's anti war message is powerful, though it pales compared to the far darker SHENODOAH(1965,) with James Stewart. That's probably the most devastating civil war film of it's kind.
Brice was a character. I'm gonna miss him. It's a shame to see comical characters bite the dust so soon. He had a lot of personality and didn't seem especially bad at challenges. Interesting direction this season has been taking in that regard.
If I ever run into any of you bums on a street corner, let's just pretend we've never met before. Understand?
Thank you.
Are you working for his P.R. or something? This stuff is pretty widely known. Google and have fun!
I think it was, "He tampered in God's domain."
He was a damn good Fagin. I would have loved to have seen Lean's take on A CHRISTMAS CAROL. He made so many wonderful Dickens adaptations.
WHO THE FUCK IS NICOLE?
That was a brilliant movie. Another incredibly well made film about war and it's psychological effects. Thank you, for mentioning it!
Raise the Titanic…gosh, that WAS a stinker.
