I must've missed some of his back-story before, didn't know how bad he was..I hate to imagine anyone that helpless. Yeah, Hannibal has him on an IV but whatever meds he's on he's still lucid and speaks clearly. Gives me the heebie-jeebies. The gore gets me, too.

It's strange to be an Eddie Izzard fan and yet to find his scenes the most difficult to watch. It's not just the (gulp) Eddie-as-Entree aspect, it's how utterly helpless and trapped his character is…and how he continues to converse with Hannibal in a rational manner when you'd think there'd be the occasional screaming

I've fantasized about Fallingwater since I first saw a pic of it as a kid, what it would be like to live there. I envy you your visit. Its setting looks almost (almost) as beautiful as the house. I know Frank Lloyd Wright was a genius, but it's always amazed me that anyone back in the 30's came up with that design.

For me, the biggest thrill in this episode (besides the visuals, of course) was hearing Italian spoken so beautifully….by more than one character…and more than just a few words. Never found Dante Alighieri quite so interesting before…or marketing, for that matter. Also admired those Byzantine dolphin faucets.

I know! I spent two seasons worrying about Will's dogs…still am….will continue to do so.

Just as she was on "Angel". All hail Jasmine!

I saw that interview, and the producer's smirkiness made me almost as queasy as the tableau itself. He seemed proud of putting one over on the network censors because of their stupidity (and they were stupid), but his attitude struck me as just as ridiculous..like a bratty kid bragging about the naughtiness he's

Ha! Believe it or not, I'm sitting here right now with a detached vitreous (I know about detached retinas, didn't know the vitreous could do such a thing). I'm seeing lots of spider webs and lightning flashes, blurriness, probably should be sporting an eye-patch (but am not), and trying to type (and watch TV) holding

The "doppelganger" forum is now closed, so I'm jumping back to this one to answer your last reply (I'm too new to this to know if there's a better way).
I haven't seen "The Place Beyond the Pines", but trust your judgment and will add it to my queue. Ray Liotta so often plays a tough guy, but my favorite is him as a

Wouldn't that be a hoot! He's a man of many kinds of charm.

Would you believe I can't stand bourbon? I'm a white wine or rose' lady when I have anything (which is usually just special occasions and nice dinners out) or champagne on NY's Eve and during intermissions at the Louisville Ballet. And the only mixed drink I like is a good Margarita on the rocks (arriba!). However, I

Oh, thank you! Cheered me right up. One of Tim's more memorable lines…but I don't remember what the circumstances were when he uttered those famous words. Wasn't he speaking to Raylan? Had there just been a shooting? Your immediate day-after bingeing made me laugh 'cause I sort of did the same. I devoured season

I didn't even see them in a tomb! I missed a good 5 minutes and when I came back in they were in the cemetery but it was the tail end of the scene and I didn't know what I had missed. Thanks for the info.

It did me, too….everyone going along with the execution for "the greater good". The Lottery thoroughly creeped me out when I read it as a kid (Shirley Jackson's name even stuck with me after that), and that scene gave me the same feeling…deja vu.

Not until you pointed it out…now I don't know how I missed it!

I missed a few minutes and next thing I knew they were talking about removing the chips and hiding them. I didn't hear them say…where were the chips in the first place? On their persons? In their clothes? Where?

She was stiff as cardboard in that, very unlike her as she's usually quirky and more animated (in anything she's in). I guess 'cause she was playing a serious cop, but it was so one-dimensional…just not…her.

Yes, when she wouldn't have been pretending for anyone else's benefit. I said last week I enjoyed seeing Juliette Lewis play a "normal" person, so hated to see her go. But, maybe through some weird construct she'll be back.

Same here, Stupid Pet Tricks was always my favorite bit on the show (except I always wished it was called something else…like Really Cute Pet Tricks…they aren't stupid!). And I always love a good montage spanning the years, someone did a good job on that.

That's good to know, from someone's actual experience, that what you always hear about him is true.
