I know. Me too. It's like my feelings are itchy.

How many shows have now done the tiny office thing? Better Off Ted, Arrested Development and The Good Wife come to mind. I don't know why, but it's such an effective comedy device. It never doesn't work and Jonah hitting his head against the ceiling repeatedly was a thing of beauty.

Yeah, the episode was a little overstuffed and I think the sound mixing was a bit off, as I missed quite a bit of the dialogue. Given that the episode was centered around Gary's birthday party, we saw very little of Tony Hale. It seemed like Gary was a supporting player in his own A-plot (which, I guess, was kind of

Jessica St. Clair? She hasn't been mentioned since S3, I think. I think it's safe to assume they broke up.

I've also watched Veep longer but since he only recurs here and is in full-on dad mode for 22 episodes a season on LiP, I associate him more with that role than this one. It sure is trippy though, whichever show you've seen first.

I have to think the first season of The Good Place, which finished airing in January, was produced way before this episode was shot (I believe they said in interviews that the election happened in the middle of shooting episode 5 or 6 of Veep). So this episode would have likely been shot in late November, by which

It was a reference to the Jaws actor Richard Kiel, who was over 7 feet tall.

My brain is so confused every time I see the lovable dad from Life in Pieces spew such vitriol, but he's so fantastic at doing both.

One of President Montez's aides who asked Montez if she was alright while she was talking to Jonah.

OK, so now everybody, WATCH THIS SHOW NOW! Get caught up and watch it LIVE when it comes back so that it can keep going. No excuses now, we got a second chance!

Renewed for season 2 against all odds, fam! See you in 2018 with 10 brand new episodes!

"American University sounds like a made-up college in Egypt."

It reminded me of Season 5's Cuntgate. "So did you figure out who called me a cunt? Was it all of them? OK…"

I totally thought Jonah's "off the record" remark about a farmer in Kansas was going to bite him in the ass. Imagine my surprise when it went the other way.

What a great finale to a vastly improved second season (and I already loved the first). It felt very appropriate that Wendy would be the woman Axe hugs before he's taken to prison rather than Lara. The Wendy/Axe relationship is Billions' most fascinating one.

I thought Dollar Bill gave Taylor $250,000, or did I mishear/misremember that?

Gina saying "You just drank CEMENT!" was never not funny. It worked every single time she said it and somehow only got funnier with repetition.

Well, even Tina Fey can produce a clunker… I'm likely going to watch all the way through the end to see if it gets better, but there are a lot of things on the show that just don't seem to click, including the jokes for the most part, which is surprising.

I'm exactly the same way. Season 6 had some standouts, like the Leap Day episode, Kidnapped by Danger and the Valentine's Day two-parter and it was very heavy on Jenna - and I'm a sucker for Jane Krakowski - but overall it seemed like they were recycling a lot of stuff from the past (the live episode, the second Queen

This was one of the best series finales of all time. I'm so glad it ended the way I pretty much envisioned it ending, because so, SO many shows that are generally great throughout can't really stick the landing (The Practice and The Good Wife come to mind). Reading the interviews with the EPs, it's evident why. The
