Mario Kart 8 is my late night game of choice as well. Especially if I was out with friends and had a few drinks or after a marathon session with a single player game it's a nice way to relax. Plus since the races are so short, even if you only have 20 minutes to play, you're still getting a good amount of races in for

I think there are times where voice-chat in Splatoon would be the greatest thing ever (when you need to coordinate in the ranked matches) but it would probably turn into 12 year olds being terrible people. I like the Mario Kart "chat" options but I wish there was an option to say something about the track selection

A good multiplayer experience for me is a game where I feel like I could play online matches for hours and hours. That's why I love Mario Kart. I can turn that on at 11pm, tell myself I'm only going to do a couple races, and look up at the clock and it's 2am. I call it the Mario Kart Time Warp which is only surpassed

I need to get back into that game, I just finished the London Mission when I got Zelda back in March, Haven't touched it since but it was becoming a chore at that point.

First WAYPTW since being on vacation for 2 weeks! I'm also happy to announce that the m_squared family will be growing! We are expecting our first child January 2nd, 2018! My wife is just finishing up the first trimester now and is finally feeling like she can eat again! Very exciting/scary time! This is probably

What if they skip past the election and start the next season with Selena already elected president with her new VP, Jonah Ryan? I could get down with that.

The flashback with Selina on the bus catching Andrew cracked me up. Asking Andrew for a pen so the lady could write the check, him saying he didn't have one, realizing his mistake and trying to mention how the pen was thrown out and Selina's reaction were all gold.

Good to see Bonobos, Thedge and Larry Mullen Sr's son helped out Adam Clay 2,000lbs like that.

I think the twist was that there really was this "other" being inside him that was essentially a super villain with super powers, although the sequel part to Unbreakable really surprised me too.

Ignatiy Vishnevetsky, James McAvoy's character in Split isn't a "Pittsburgher". The movie, like most of Shyamalan's movies, takes place in Philadelphia (which is where the director is from).

Black Sheep?

That show really surprised me. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'm looking forward to the E3 announcements as well. It lines up with my family beach vacation just about every year, so I can go up to the house to get lunch and get some video games news. Can't wait!

I don't see a MK Deluxe in my future anytime soon. Hopefully the 8th holds up for Wii-U owners. I just got a hard drive I'm going to fill with games to tide me over after Zelda (Fatal Frame, Wonderful 101, etc.).

Shells-only is great for short tracks without a lot of zig-zags (Excitebike, Baby Park, etc) because once they get flying they can take someone out, but on the longer courses if you catch a bad break at the beginning you're out of the race.

Eventide Island was awesome! I wish I had all 4 of the Divine Beasts done before I went but I still made I through. Didn't kill the Hinox (until I got my equipment back) but that was a fun shrine.

Nothing for me this weekend, heading to the shore with my extended family (there will be over 100 of us total) for 2 weeks! I normally bring my Wii-U to hook up in the house we rent to get some late night Splatoon and Mario Kart races in and my dad likes the bowling but it normally just turns into my 6 year old nephew

Yeah, it was really fun to watch him zip passes all over the court!

Definitely sleep on the way over though, I can't stress that enough. When you land your day is just beginning and you need to go all day that first day (you can crash anytime after 8pm and be fine) or your whole trip will be messed up. My wife and I didn't make it to Belfast when we were there (we went all over

True, but parents can't get mad at Nintendo for just having that language come through the TV without any prompting or anything.
