I went the other way. I upgraded my stamina first to 2 full wheels before really going into the hearts (I spent a lot of time climbing and being frustrated at the lack of stamina). I added a heart every now and then, but only now am I actually putting my shrines towards hearts. I'm 80+ hours in and still don't have my

My favorite was when at the beginning of the game when my only plentiful food was apples (before I had enough to truly build up a meal inventory) and just had Link eat about 5 apples rapid fire.

I do like how if you pick up multiple roasted bass (or seared meat) from around a bokoblin camp site that it puts them in one slot instead of 6 different slots for a fish that gives you 1.5 hearts.

Yeah, after the flame when you talk to her she gives you a side quest to upgrade your sheika slate abilities.

I love the Indy 500! I've been a few times and actually got to kiss the bricks on Carb Day about 7 years ago! Always a fun time out there, even if it did rapidly increase the speed of me losing my hearing. I know you're working it, but enjoy!

Thanks! I've seen them in the menu on that last screen but never took the time to actually check to see if I could disable it or not.

Have been to the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab? If not, go there. I use the bombs more to blow up the exploding barrels when I can. Otherwise I at least use them to knock enemies down and then run up on them while they're on the ground. Plus there's the always fun "use a bomb to blow up an enemy and send him flying off a

I haven't played Twilight Princess since it first came out, but I remember the first 10 hours being sluggish as well. Game gets highly addictive shortly thereafter though.

I definitely curse the inventory restrictions sometimes but if I had unlimited inventory space, I'd probably still be carrying around tree branches, and no one needs that. At least there's a way to expand the inventory with the korok seeds, except the meals, I would like to carry some more meals.

For elixirs, use one certain bug/lizard or whatever and one kind of monster part (you can use 4 hightail lizards and one bokoblin horn to make an elixir), just don't mix and mash them, you'll get dubious food so quickly. I don't know about Chu Chu Jelly. I haven't tried to use those in elixirs. Being sneaky in this

I'll be out of town today after work through Sunday evening but when I get home Sunday I'll hop right into Breath of the Wild. Cleared out the Faron and Lake Tower Regions and have now made my way to the Wasteland Tower. Did some snooping around the mountain there, didn't realize I was going to need more cold

I took it as Jake doesn't actually watch that show and was just spouting random stuff to buy more time. I could be wrong though.

Plus, the kicking.

That was my first thought too.

My problem with when my wife goes away for a weekend and I want to play video games is that I get too caught up in trying to play ALL the video games I own (switching between Wii-U, PS4, PS3 games, online multiplayer games, story driven games) that I actually don't get too much done. Well that was before Zelda. Now if

Yeah, that Lynel one gets left there.

Good point about you can get to a place where the dragons will go under you. I was just so surprised that the dragon appeared right on top of me when I got to the top of the waterfall. I was all sorts of discombobulated.

At HER office Christmas party? You sir, I must party with you.

That's a great idea about going to the bar and if you have to buy any of your own drinks I'll be disappointed. Karaoke night is the topper, that's going to be awesome. My go to song is Juicy by Biggie Smalls (I can't sing, so I just do rap songs from the 90s), but I don't think that'd be a great one for a wedding.

So ZombieU is good? I've read bad reviews but all comments seem to say it was great. After Zelda, I'm going to need some games to keep my Wii-U going.
