Thanks for posting this spoiler an hour before it ran on the west coast, perfectly spoiling it for me.

I found myself wishing that it was embracing that a little more. If it was more a show about a totally naive guy making bad business decisions, ruining a billion dollar business and getting manipulated by craft villains, while the people around him get frustrated with how dumb he is, I think it could have been

Pretty hard on it for for just being a pilot.

I thought it was the best season they ever did, by far. Although I agree that the finale kind of didn't know how to wrap itself up, it doesn't particularly bother me. Keeping this kind of serialization going while keeping up with a crazy, week-by-week news cycle is so impressive to me that I can't really complain.

I would get depressed if I had to rewrite articles from other websites for a living.

I feel like you missed the whole point of the show. The show seems to be exploring the existential theme of conteporary capitalism. This season was about the paradox of how we hate how capitalism makes us feel but also crave the fantasy it offers.

"Pages o fake history" is significantly different than "prequels". Misleading click-bait. #avclub2016

I don't think it was based on sexist tropes, I think it was just bad writing. I know this is an incredibly fine distinction and in the eye of the beholder and I respect any disagreement. I just see it as SO sloppy it's not even clear enough what they were trying to say to really be able to judge.
It seems a likely that

I think it was more about the arrogance of youth and lack of experience more than gender.

I didn't see the specific reveal coming, although I didn't find it particularly surprising or compelling. I don't think it particularly took away or added to the story, it's just the sort of show it is. It was a little vaguely unsatisfying being confused about the nitty-gritty of "so, were they letting him hack from

I gave this season a second chance this week and I really don't know what they are going for. I am not even clear who is the main character or what their goal is. I guess it is the doctor who is rehashing through what Matt Dillon went through last year? Are we supposed to care about his marriage issues? Is the head

Take a mystery show with a the great cast and remove the mystery and the great cast and you get this rehash. Super disappointing.

it's the only think that could happen.

Seems like Jorah is going to infest the Dothraki nation with Greyscale on purpose as his final romantic act to help aid Dany.

you think they would have abandoned the mythology. History has been pretty clear in seeing what was great about it in hindsight.

Oh, I see the point you are trying to make.

because I didn't like a tv show?

Really self-indulgent. I feel bad for anyone paying 5 dollars to see this kind of generic, on-the-nose melodrama.

I feel like using the fact that it was reviewed on this website as proof that it has a higher " worth" than Scooby Don is an odd argument. They decided to review this show before it had even aired. They also review every episode of The Big Band theory. I think it has more to do with a shows audience size vs estimated

I haven't seen Arrow, Flash or Airbender so judging those shows on the criteria you are presenting seems unobjectionable to me. I agree deep characters are usually a hook for entertainment. But not always and not here. It's fine if you think the plotline about if the shrinking guy was remembered or not by his
