Everything looks like a nail if everything you got is a hammer.

    Magerey won't like this.
If Tommen is not the king, she isn't the queen.

I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.

    Poor Margaery.
Who would have thought that the plan to marry an easily controllable almost-child to be THE queen while p****ng of Cercei at the same time could backfire?

I like to pretend they're put in stasis as soon as the door closes.

All disguised as inner monologue though.

They can't have inner monologue on the show, so flashbacks may be unavoidable.

Somewhere out there in the net, everything exists.
    EVERYTHING, I TELL YOU!

    Until confirmed otherwise, yes.
Besides, nothing else has been hinted at in the show iIrc.

    Yeah, he would.
    Guess you're right.

I'm surprised to hear that, but don't really care if it doesn't show.

Yeah, the balance between slow burns and surprisingly quick reveals is masterful.

Agreed, it was also a masterful connection of the flashbacks to the main story line.
The current season failed in that area, and future ones will too since the concept is getting old.

Was the elder Trickster's parentage confirmed by anyone but himself?

    IdentitIES, please.
    Redundancy is the key.

They can always retcon more and more if the series runs longer than 5 seasons.
"My name is Oliver Queen, and I spent 10 years .. somewhere because of .. reasons."

Ra's = SW prequel George Lucas

His reluctance may be PTSD in story, but really it's because the writers made up Hong Kong as they went along to weave it into this seasons main storyline.
Same will happen to Russia which will miraculously complement next season's events.
I'm not sure they'll get away with the constant retconning again.

I'm leaning towards the theory that there were some obelisks/diviners on the ship (as in: enough to create a small super army), but I like your idea and woundn't mind to see either played out in the show.

Not surprising, he's the Trickster, after all.
