I've been spoiled by Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The show knows how unhealthy those old romcom tropes are and makes sure they don't end well for the protagonists.

It helped that the sorceress was played by Faye Dunaway. It would be fun if Supergirl could attract guest star divas. Heck Patti Lupone is voicing a villain in Steve Universe. Pit her against Supergirl!

You have a point. Will they drag out Jason Blossom's mystery over several seasons? Or will they solve it at the S1 finale only to have another tertiary Riverdale teen end up dead?

The one good thing the Grundy subplot did was keep Archie out of the narrative so that Betty, Veronica could pull focus. The love triangle was the spine of the early comics but I'd rather see the show focus on the murder mystery.

There really is a Tsundere overload among the female social links.

Fallout 4: After clearing out a group of settlements for the Minutemen I've moved on to more interesting quests. I've found most of Nick Valentine's holotapes, killed some gangsters disguised as the Silver Shroud, followed a trail of dead soldiers and began investigations of the sketchy Covenant.

I checked Twitter (dangerous I know) and saw folks praising his "refreshing honesty" and his "standing up to" the Media. I've been looking through the conservative columnists to see if anyone can defend, or articulate, the content of his speech. I haven't found that yet but I'll keep looking.

We all have to pace ourselves. Choose when to read the news and when to put it aside and catch your breath.

Engaging in genuine debate about Trump's policies is necessary but tricky. His persona and way of speaking are easy to mock. He finds it difficult to articulate his policies. That allows many to assume that he simply doesn't have any. Many liberals have analyzed and critiqued the policies his cabinet members have

The conservative comments I've seen elsewhere range from: "Well Trump sure showed them!"
to the safer and less commital: "Trump held a press conference."

"Don't let it be forgot, that once there was a spot, for one brief shining moment…"

I love Sweeney Todd on stage and was downright angry at Burton for sucking all the fun out of it.

When a friend had to take a slug out of her garden she freaked. She didn't want to kill it but she hated slugs.

He'll be performing in a concert of Crazy For You on February 19 at the Lincoln Center. He originated the leading man in the 90's and will play a supporting role (Bella Zangler) in the concert. Also in the concert is Rachel frickin' Bloom as Irene!

I remember him as that hussy who led on Daniel Radcliffe in Kill Your Darlings. He had the creepy-hot gaze down.

I've owned a Wii U for 4 years and only used the Mii-verse for 2 games.

Straightforward from here:
1. Build Sex robots
2. Build Kill robots
3. Legislate the robots
4. President Robot

If we're talking Leslie Caron musicals let's not forget:
Slap and berate a mentally ill woman, then speak to her through whimsical hand puppets who tell her they love her.
~ Lili (1953). Adapted to the stage as Carnival (1961).

I recently saw a play called Straight White Men by Korean American Female Playwright Young Jean Lee. It's structured like a lot of "issue plays" (Boys in the Band, Clybourne Park, etc.) with a trio of straight white brothers arguing with each other at a party. At the end of the play they turn on their oldest, least
