That's OK, I'm sure you have some good qualities too!

Yeah, I'm not surprised you think music critics are "the worst", if you feel these guys are slagging all your favorite bands.

I'm digging this Minutemen-heavy thread.

A little hope? I have two words for you: Chuck. Lorre.

I was reading Spin then, and I don't recall the amber light for Loveless. That's surprising, I recall there were many glowing reviews in other publications at the time. While it became more and more iconic as the years passed by, the monumental specialness of Loveless was obvious on first listen.

OK, I'll join in:

Great headline, BTW, Clayton. To the point. Made me chuckle.

"He’s since spent the day quoting and retweeting people agreeing with him and telling him how great he is"

I miss Karen Finley, and wonder what she's up to. But not enough to actually Google it, or go to her website.

Thank you, A.V. Club. I'm old and out of touch with new musics so I admit I don't recall ever hearing about this band until the new album was recently reviewed. Japanese Breakfast is awesome.

Trolls is surprisingly enjoyable, much better than you'd ever think a Trolls movie could be.

Logged in to salute your Streetpass obsession.

Citations needed re: Def Leppard.

"Don't be so condescending."

Never understood why his music would appeal to anyone over the age of 16, but leaving behind 6 children is a tragedy. R.I.P.

Re: Alternative Press. Yes, they're still around. Now for the bad news….

Maybe he was just being honest. I would totally have said Hanoi-style bún chả (grilled pork and noodles). Delicious is delicious.

Bastard.

I love their '80s output but am not the type to buy a live album. However, on looking at that track list, I got goosebumps. Wow, what a stellar collection of amazing music.

I know it's been said before, but I love when I can tell it's an O'Neal story half-way through the first sentence, which is often.
