They voted for him because they are scared about various things happening in the world, from ISIS to Our stagnant economy, and when people are scared, they tend to vote for strongmen with easy answers.

well those things that are bad about trump were just spun out of context by left wing nut-jobs, so I guess we're all good
but again, this is in the face of recent, rapidly changing political events. It was only ever going to be temporary anyway and with any luck, the impetus for such a ban will be gone before the US govt has any time to enact any reaction towards it. I can't see how that could be considered xenophobic.
I don't see how clamping down on migrants given the current political climate in Syria, or taking another look at people who are here illegally is as bad as you're making it out to be though…
Pence suuuuure has some pretty funky thoughts on LGBT however, that's for sure
Well then it's either that or a rape-enabling murderer.
Sure, I could concede that the problem exists on both sides
Thugs maybe, but all black men?
too hard
THE COUNTRY I'VE LOST
perhaps
It's not like Hilary was a perfect candidate either
you're right, it's much better if it's said behind closed doors.
Ya, that's so scandalous, a businessman paying lip service to people he is working with to get things done.
So you'd be OK with someone bragging about getting away with sexual assault?
you sound like a real hit at parties :p
Trouble sure, but also the chance to defend yourself in court over what would likely amount to a warning.
I dunno, grabbing a crotch because someone "lets you" and going in for a kiss are both relatively tame to be labeled assault in my opinion.
I guess there's nothing wrong with what you said exactly, but when you take all that into consideration there's really no issue here. A guy said some dirty things. Okay, sure, hope he's exaggerating!
My argument is that the things he claims to have done ARE sexual assault. There's no room for interpretation here, no room for error.
It's kind of a fine line to walk to be honest. People don't want to be forced into a kiss with a stranger sure, but it is just a kiss. Unquestionably comparing it to sexual assault, particularly with what little evidence we've been given-this wasn't a particularly professional environment-seems a little inappropriate…
