I think sexual assault is a little strong here, though maybe you're right. But again, the original issue here is that there's enough uncertainty and fuzzy context that it's not a big deal for a comedian to question it as part of his act.

Is it sexual assault though? A little ribald sure, but there's nothing there that confirms what he did was non-consensual unless you choose to interpret it that way. And you're free to do that of course, but the issue here is the one sided way with which it was represented in the news.
