Just a lover of language… there are many many words. Vulgarity with a point is often useful… vulgarity for it's own sake is silly.

Well if the people already at the haberdashery were together, then what were they waiting for? the ambush is already set. Also, Sam Jackson clearly knows the Mexican is lying the whole time because mini is a racist… but he waits until the end to call him a liar just cuz we have to wait… Also, Everybody seems fairly…
Ya… Also *spoiler alert*…. If all the inhabitants of the haberdashery are together what is the wait about? Sam Jackson knew from the beginning, so I'm not sure why he waited and The Hangman was as Daisy pointed out.. not very bright… it was entertaining enough but not his best work.
There is a season 2?
Veep is really good.
Broadchurch was recommended to me so I checked it out and found it quite underwhelming… it was dramatic enough, but I didn't find any twists to be all that compelling and there were few "surprises" of any significance… save for my surprise that it had been recommended to me. Some good acting performances in supporting…
The Good:
Boring may be relative… but it speaks to direction and acting. things drag or things move… a slow burning scene or movie requires great performances and visual work… otherwise they will inevitably be critiqued as boring. So.. if you liked Sam Jack and Kurt and Jens performances the coach ride wasn't "boring"… if you…
Under the Dome is Game of thrones with stupid stuff
Really? I disagree… I haven't heard anyone say that about any show. Also, Game of Thrones being a TV show, all the other TV shows are in competition… it is extremely counter productive then to point out you couldn't beat 'em.. so you're hoping to maybe join 'em Just my opinion.
well, that is quite the pitch… I'm sold. 4 episodes it is then, and we'll speak again. Thank you, perhaps… perhaps not… I'll see ;-)
I felt that way because of the chapters… It gave it a "watching consecutive episodes" feel… instead of 1 long movie… also appreciated that the last chapter is presented as "last chapter" so we know ahead of time. I did however, note that some chapters seemed substantially longer than others… IMO.
You're right… I feel like there was enough there to make this one of the better sub 2 hour movies of the year… there's a lot that could have been skipped to make it a better film. I didn't mind the action but I'd agree there wasn't the normal payoff.. fairly linear and unspectacular finish
The door repetition show's Warren's intelligence as he is the only one that inquires about the broken door… which also sets up the gag of the person he asks (the mexican) being the "idiot that broke the door". Still you are right there is a good deal of repetition… I think the actors had their work cut out for them in…
C'mon… Tim Roth was quiet good and that "Justice delivered with out discretion is always in danger of not being justice" conversation… was fantastic… Also, the outside scenes were visaully pleasing to say the least…
The ending of season 1 was fantastic… Lester running on the ice literally!! Loved it! This season was better but it climaxed with LopLop and then the ending was very slow wrap.. I don't mind the outcames… but they could have cut a substantial amount out of the finale…
Once I am able to forget that this was billed "Game of Thrones in space"… I may check it out. Depends what I hear through the grape vine… but that was I huge marketing blunder in my mind. It both over sold and pigeon holed the show. All to say what… that awesome show that is unlike anything else on TV? we're like…
he's a comedian… I'm certain he's on the side he presents usually… but I'm watching for the laughs, not the unbiased information. It is alarming that some don't get it… and he did play it up (the fake news) for all he could, but It's still a schtick.
You're describing agnostics, not atheists.. init? Atheists believe there's no god… agnostics believe we don't know and can't say definitively either way… I thought.
I think there are actually far more "homages" "winks" "quotes" "rehashes" and straight lifted scenes in S2… like a lot more.
