I can't wait for five years from now, when people revisit this season and complain about how corny the Lorne/devil motif is, even though they loved it at the time.

My God, that was a tense episode of television.

I feel like I'm in the minority here, but I have nothing against Seth Myers, and I generally enjoy him. I saw him do standup once and was pleasantly surprised. I'm not super impressed by the show so far, but I don't know why I (or anyone else) should expect to be. It might take 6 months or even a year for the show to

When I first started listening to DLM, and a lot of the guests were new to me, it took me a while to figure out that the guy with the terribly annoying laugh was Kreischer. I was so glad when I did, because I could start skipping those eps.

I question your womanhood, because I've never heard another one admit to the biological programming the way you just did.

"Shaun! You're my same height! That is neat!"

Come on, no one has mentioned Dawes yet? That's disappointing.

First of all, this hardly makes him a piece of shit. Moody, yes, eccentric, definitely. But it's not like he tried to murder you when you came to his concert. Get a little perspective.

This is the way I looked at the last 12 years of Levon Helm's life. Incredibly sad he's gone, but so thankful that he found a bit of a spotlight/experienced a renaissance in that final run.

What does Jay Cutler have to do with this?

This sums up my reaction as well. AH feels like exactly the sum of its parts, nothing more. Really great performances, but nothing about the film really wowed me. Also for a con story, I thought it was… a little boring *gasp*

"…makes the Oscars look like a circlejerk."

Don't we need to wait a little longer before we play the" how well a movie has held up" card? It's not even five years old.

Robbie Robertson's score murders this film. I don't have anything else to say, but my avatar does:

This was really a lifetime achievement Oscar for Newman. He should've won in '82 for The Verdict.

Thank you. I thought the Twin Bed vid was fantastic, and it seemed to get like zero crowd reaction. Probably because the idiot crowd didn't see Timberlake in it and scream like it was a Beatles concert (timely reference, I know).

Some say "ambiguous", some say "total and utter cop-out".

Season 4 was great, but I don't get the quasi-backlash to 5. There were some episodes this year (the second half of season 5) that were some of the most intense television I've ever experienced. To'hajiilee? That was like an hour-long heart attack.

I think I've seen this more times than maybe any other movie (ok, maybe "A Christmas Story" is at the top, sort of by default, but it's close) and it still holds up. I could almost recite this thing line by line, yet I watch it at least twice every year, and I always laugh.

"Dad, that tree wouldn't fit in our front yard."
"It's not going in our yard Russ, it's going in our living room."
