Ah Robert Rodriguez, talk about a career of increasingly diminishing returns

Carrie-Anne Moss was at least in the latest season of Humans over here

Between this, Ghostbusters and Deepwater Horizon, the last 12 months have given film studios more lessons in not having stupid budgets for your films that leave said films with no chance of making a profit. Lessons which they'll obviously ignore.

Here's an alleged account of one test screening, I really hope this is true

So…not a prequel to Mama then?

I don't care how much nonsense Lena Dunham comes out with, I'm looking forward to this.

I don't know, Denver last year had a fairly average offense and their defense helped carry them all the way. I agree though that it'll be a tall order for the Giants to manage the same thing this year. If we're going to lose, I'd rather we lose now to the Packers though rather than the Cowboys.

There's a Super Bowl matchup too horrific to contemplate.

They started season 4 of Brooklyn Nine Nine over here last night. The insults about Florida feel even more appropriate now post-election. Seriously, fuck Florida. Maybe they'll throw in some Wisconsin or Michigan-related insults in later episodes.
*pause*
Anyway…It's nice to finally have the show back on over here!

So basically, Val Kilmer Mk II?

While she was at it, she probably should have suggested to the Guardian that they stop having comments on any of their articles (they've stopped them for some stuff at least). They were daft enough allowing them on her 'I'm leaving Twitter' article, I can well imagine the level of idiocy currently being posted.

Maybe it's a general rule that if a film's title begins 'I Am…', it's going to be terrible. I Am Sam, I Am Legend, I Am Number Four… (I Am Cuba is the exception that proves the rule?)

I wonder if this is what Wes Anderson was like early on when making Fantastic Mr Fox

Are he and Rian Johnson ever going to share the secret of how to make Bruce Willis give a shit when acting in a film these days. 'Make sure the film you're making is good to start with' seems too obvious. Maybe they're masters of mind control.

Rushmore (saw this first)
Moonrise Kingdom
Fantastic Mr Fox
The Grand Budapest Hotel
The Royal Tenenbaums
Bottle Rocket
The Life Aquatic
The Darjeeling Limited

They're only in it very briefly, but it was cool to see. It is strange to see them a few years older now, had a similar experience seeing one of the kids from Hirokazu Koreeda's film I Wish in Our Little Sister earlier this year

I really enjoyed this, and it was nice to see the two kids from Moonrise Kingdom

Allison Williams sighs, and drafts yet another email to her Girls co-stars titled GODDAMMIT LENA'S AT IT AGAIN

I was an idiot there, Bening lost to Hillary Swank (twice!). It was Julie Christie who lost to Cotillard!

It'll almost certainly be Emma Stone or Natalie Portman, with Huppert as the wild card possibility. Can't see Amy Adams winning.
