Foulkes IS the definition of dirty…with what we know of his purely self-serving and calculated malfeasance; he is clearly guilty of prosecutorial misconduct. His egregious and underhanded conduct would have made a conviction obtainable, if not for his compromised health status.

The only person that I personally can rule out being responsible for the murder of Hanna is Daniel. This isn't based on legal evidence or proof, obviously, but I am absolutely convinced of his innocence. If it turns out that I'm wrong - I will gobsmacked! Remember how some people here commented that it was possible that Trey had planted the gun at the Holden's while Daniel slept? So well said. And I loved that John kissed Daniel and gave him a hug! The only time he was *ever* touched for 19 years in prison was very brutal. Daniel needs a lot of hugs. It seemed to open him up!
