So do about 5 of the male actors on this episode, yet you don't see anyone else dedicating their comments to pointing that out.

Agreed, and thanks for laying out those fallacies so clearly. It pisses me off that people keep calling it a good explanation.

I loved the old "GOD, PATTY, YOU MESS EVERYTHING UP, NOW GET OUTTA HERE" treatment Caitlyn and Joe gave her. Well, geez, what else is she supposed to do all day if not police work?!

The post-speed puking was one of those completely hilarious, unexpected shots that the writers have gotten pretty good at throwing in every once in awhile.

I love that Barry later followed that up with his own complaint about having to WALK into the church, like some sort of pleb.

I thought it was interesting that she wore her glasses at Thanksgiving dinner. Is she Kara or "Kara" there?

It would have worked a hell of a lot better for the show if they'd had Kara come in while Superman was off planet or otherwise indisposed. They wouldn't even need to change any of the stories, and then she could live in his shadow without all these convoluted backdoor cameo tricks. All they've succeeded at doing is

Man, exactly what you want after a decade in prison — more solitude!

It's true — for some mysterious reason, Zoom doesn't seem to know Flash is Barry (even though he spends like half of every episode chatting with people with his face mask pulled up).

Yeah, she definitely had that "wrapped in a bedsheet" look when she woke up in GRODD's penthouse too.

Wow, can I just say, that's some AMAZING casting on Greg's dad. They really, really look like they could be related.

I think The Flash has the Best Actor award on lock over at The CW, but I agree that he's really stepped up this season. As Genevieve noted: Much better than the material he was written sometimes.

It's just so random and unrelated to the rest of the show though. Like, I really expected Frances to go by way of serial killer, the way they were cutting the scenes together, but nope, just your standard unrelated political assassin.

Yeah, they definitely soft-wrote her out. I expected that she'd be back with a boy husband this season, but that's apparently not the case. Which sucks. Kenna and Bash were by far the best couple on the show (when the writers weren't manufacturing reasons for them to break up).

Such an unfortunate coincidence that this storyline had to air tonight. The bit about dancing in Paris was a gut-punch.

"Welcome to Earth-2, also known as Dad Planet."

I like that after all they put Barry through, no one has been like, "Hey Cisco, maybe we should have training sequence to hone your superpower!"

So… There is still a naked Dr Light just running around, correct?

I like that half of the romantic scenes (Skype and the couch makeout) apparently take place in Major and Ravi's common living space. GO TO YOUR ROOM, MAJOR.

They are starting to half-ass it with the hair/skin color thing. Blaine's dad looks totally salt and pepper/normal! Unless maybe you don't go white if you're already graying… (That would explain the former Captain too.)
