How would that make those scenes pointless? Tyrion still underwent a character arc by overcoming the family ties that had defined him. Just because he suddenly learns that someone else was his father doesn't undo all of that growth.

> I hate talking to people. Dumb as a fucking bag of rocks. Why do I bother?
I just read the Vulture piece and… yikes. Now I see what you're saying. It's a thin line between being a provocateur and a massive asshole.
I read his Hollywood Reporter interview you linked below and it just came across as a guy being earnest. To be honest, it was a much more illuminating and interesting read than most celebrity interviews.
She's just getting started boyo
3am is maybe the most conventional song on Number 1 Angel, but I wouldn't say it's less musically interesting than, like, Boom Clap or After the Afterparty.

Oh it's most certainly a mess, but I still think it's exciting and different in a way that very few records are.
It's actually "Charli, baby"
Really? Damn, Charli is my go-to pop girl these days—more than Carly, even. Her Vroom Vroom EP is basically perfect and Number 1 Angel from earlier this year is definitely going to crack my top ten.
Give it another listen! You're missing out—it's like the Fire Walk With Me of rock music. Everyone said it was terrible on release, but it's aged much better than you'd expect.
Nah.
It's difficult but not unlistenable by any stretch of the imagination. I kinda like it.
Lulu is actually a pretty great record.
Because sometimes a plot can bog down images.
Best set of the weekend was definitely Nicolas Jaar. Great mix of big crowd-pleasing 4/4 beats and weird ambient noodling. Got the people moving. Arca was a close second, with Mitski rounding up third.
Brite Boy <3
But generic indie music is typically full of naval-gazing sadness
Today marks the first time I got passed over for a job because I was "overqualified."
Thursday: Took a bunch of mushrooms and went to go see Spider-Man. Maybe not my best idea ever. The movie was fun, but the editing was a little too hectic to follow in my state. And also the grown-ass couple next to me spent literally the entire film making out and groping each other. Strange times.
