The fans wouldn't be happy with another campaign. The premise of the first campaign was that it was a necessary evil to relaunch the show/guage interest/show networks there was an audience.
And Joel explicitly said that they don't want to rely on the fans like that constantly.
Besides the fact that he said they wouldn't do that, it isn't tenable.
I can't imagine that ANOTHER Kickstarter would raise anywhere near as much as the first.
