I think they missed the entire ball on that. Everyone wanted to see the ship and all the bullshit come back to roost on earth with the parent corporation that started the whole thing. Ripley vs Weyland Yutani on Earth. Would have allowed for much more potential to secure newt and allow story lines for hicks and

Im not saying they shouldnt have died in the movie - but eliminating them before the first words of the film are uttered? that was just cheap. But then Alien 3 speaks for itself - which is a crappy movie.

Alien: Die Hard : Tokyo Drift.

Oh wow - I missed that!!!!

Well - yes - Im sorry that he didn't physically look a little bit like every person on earth. But I think everyone can relate to someone whos at the bottom of the ladder and suddenly expected to carry a much bigger burden. I meant his character and not necessarily his location of origin.

Alien 3 had a really cool look and claustrophobic feel - there was a tonne of potential. Just extremely poorly executed and killing of Hicks and Newt was one of the biggest betrayals of movie fans in movie history.

Alien: Tokyo Drift

Does this mean Michael Biehn gets to come back too - come one - he deserves it. How he did not become an action rockstar after Aliens is nuts to me. He played the perfect everyman thrust into insane situation who overcomes. He was the die hard of space.

Agreed. This also led to the popularity of Brown Eyed Girl in my day - and now theres no way we can undo that.

Maybe we should tell them all the chimps we sent into space came back super intelligent? (Chimp turns around smoking a pipe, with a british accent) NO, I dont think we'll be telling them that! (roller skates out of room)

Improv is beautiful and comes in so many ever changing forms, I have a hard time seeing it recede that much - also not every medium has to be for creating commercially successful artistry. Theres plenty of power and enjoyment and even a little $ in entertaining 100-200 with a fun show - improv is a constant

Thought maybe he might have one or two comparative reasons for his position - but hey, thanks - no reason to discuss anything really. I think this, you think that - end of conversation.

It does these things more or less - yes. How does that make it better than IM1 or Aveng?

IM3?! It doesnt touch IM1. And it certainly doesnt touch Avengers. Come on.

We do not say A-BOOT. Stop it. We say A-bow-t. Some say A-bloa-t or A-baloney-t. But NO ONE says aboot.

The worst of it is that moderates like yourself think its somehow dying off - its not, its growing…its vocal…its dominating the conversation. Moderates need to wake up and clean house.

Agreed - its my favourite of the series. The scope and the characters were all interesting. No purposefully annoying characters - unlike FF13. Also a story you could at least understand.

Armageddon - One of the first blockbusters to truly anger me with its stupidity. Affleck playing Animal Cookies on his girlfriends belly - Im sure this scene plays 24/7 over the gates of hell.

Either way Fry is amazing and the whole company really triumphs in this series.

Im not so sure - while 4th is a strong contender for character and subtlety - the 2nd is really the strongest in terms of overall comedy and I think that version of Blackadder is really the most appealing. The Royal Court scenes are all particularly hilarious.
