I'm pretty sure that only instrumental versions will be in the film. I'd think that if the actors were going to be doing any singing, we'd have heard a bit of that in the trailer.

I'm iffy on a live-action version. Part of what makes "Beauty and the Beast" so memorable is the soundtrack. The score is one thing, but how can you even attempt to measure up to the original without songs like "Be Our Guest" and the title song included in the film?
