I guess as long as they still make a profit, they will keep making it? I don't know how much revenue a show has to bring in to justify renewing it. But yea, I was surprised that it got renewed based on the ratings.

With some better writers and a more experienced lead actress, it could have been a good show….oh well :)

Like I said elsewhere, now that I had to watch DIA be butchered, Voyager fans should have to do the same, so in that sense, I'm glad the show got renewed. I am not nearly as into the series after book 2 so it will just be funny to watch.

I don't think I will watch next season; DIA is my favorite of the series and they've already massacred it. Way too many good shows available!

Now I kinda want to see that happen - it would have to be better than the Boogie Woogie From Hell.

I find that shocking considering how their ratings keep dropping, but I guess if they still make a slight profit they'll keep pumping this crap out.

I'm frankly shocked, but Voyager fans should have to suffer through watching their favorite book be butchered the way I've had to watch DIA die painfully.

LOL at the Outlander showrunners thinking they can compete against TWD or GoT. Is this April 1?

OMFG, what an hour of utter nonsense. It was almost sadder to see the scene with the baby because it made it clear that this cast has the potential to do Outlander justice but that shitty writing, directing, and editing are ruining it.

I like fries. Can I have some?

So glad I didn't bother watching this episode; everything I've heard about it makes it sound like a train wreck.

Oh by all means then, dumb it down for me.

It has nothing to do with her making questionable choices or showing weakness; it is about acting like she's got a stick up her a$$ and/or ragging on everyone 99% of the time and the constant freaking screechy, wobbly voice.

I get what you're saying but that's not quite what I mean. I wish I could articulate this a little better without pulling apart every scene, but it is such a combination of things, from the cheesy dialogue, the background music - particularly when it is played loudly through dialogue - the playing up for melodrama

This may be the point that most baffles me - that people watch this and it doesn't scream Hallmark Channel to them. I remember my stomach dropping out on me, in a bad way, the first time I saw the opening credits and how cheese ball it was. I can't put the right words to it because if I say the production value is

I don't READ her that way either, but it is absolutely what I SEE on screen.

I always wondered the same thing, but not everyone (including the author) thinks that is even the case; instead they think that she's already in the past so she won't disappear, or that she was meant to be there so she would have made it even without Frank, etc. Clearly not a question of interest to the author, but

I don't have strong feelings about Brianna either way, but I do think it is noticeable that she's of less interest to Diana (though DG seems to show that she's interested in a character by having him/her raped :))

I suspect he has mommy issues in light of how he talks about women….

"Your life to waste" is a rather melodramatic comment. And I didn't say you are screeching- Catriona is.
