Oh, I see. Sorry about my misunderstanding earlier.

You are implying that The Sopranos or The Wire aer somehow shows lesser quality Mad Men or BB, which…….. I really don't know what else to say other than "no".

Well, collecting WW2 memorabilia in of itself is no crime. I mean, Lemmy Kilmister, from Motörhead did it, and he was one of the most left-wing, liberal rock artists I've ever seen.
Some people just like to collect it because the Nazi memorabilia is extremely cool-looking. They focus on the looks of it more than the

Well, in all fairness, the American / British military gear was kinda lame. The only Allied country that had a somewhat cool gear was the Soviets.

Watch his 'Conan at Comic-Con' segments. The audience there were in their 20's, mostly, and they fucking adored him.
Despite the Fallon click-bait segments, you could say that Conan is the most popular late-night host with the teenage audience.

I don't know if you've seen it yet, but "Deadpool" is pretty fucking far from being a dour and serious affair

Well, true, indeed, but Miller did paint St. Reagan of Republicantown as an enormous incompetent idiot in The Dark Knight Returns too. So, I'm confused to where he really stands. Was Reagan too liberal for him?

Ending a celebration of rich, privileged white people congratulating themselves on their own accomplishments with "Fight the Power" was indeed hilarious, and not in a good way (they are the fucking 'Power').
But it had some overall entertaining parts, and I refuse to call anything involving Louis CK the worst ever. I

Upvoted for "Fall of Giants" reference.
Not high literature or anything, but a incredibly fun novel and one that really doesn't get enough credit for turning World War I and the imperialist political clusterfuck of the early 20th Century into something actually entertaining.

SCENE 1
INT. North Korean Torture Chamber. NIGHT.

Or maybe when, after the robots eventually gain AI and destroy all humanity (and, believe me, they will), they show this to their offspring as a symbol of the garbage the human society produced right before its demise.

Indeed. After seeing that movie, Morena Baccarin is now the #1 reason that makes me proud of being a Brazilian.

Yes. Yes, he was.

Exactly. Just like last year, when after the big Selma song perfomance, with the chorus and people crying and whatnot…. I never rooted so much for something as I rooted for 'Everything is Awesome' to win, after that.
Not just because 'Everything is Awesome' is a better song than 'Glory', but because I really wanted all

A View to a Kill. One of the worst Bond movies, but Duran Duran did a pretty good job on the song.

His monologue was fucking excellent, but, honestly, about halfway through the show the whole thing began to get tiresome. He really should've thought of some other jokes.

Exactly. HBO movies are fucking excellent (most of the times). I don't get why that's supposed to be a criticism.

Actually, he gave a pretty great speech, with some trademark Hitchcock dark humor and a heartfelt tribute to his wife, Alma.

Keaton was the only thing about Birdman I thought really deserved to win.

The fact that you have a problem with the title means you understood nothing about the film. It was a movie about a guy doing his best to stay positive and happy, and to make his kid feel the same, in the face of enormous horror, because he knew if he didn't, he'd break completely. It's about a man who's fundamentally
