It's not bad, at least the first couple of story arcs. It got a bit too silly near the end. It went for a more cartoony take on the characters. Then they made the mistake of going all Ice Man and bringing Jack into modern times.

I thought Carpenter was involved with the first comic series…wait, we do know there's already been 2 series from Boom before Old Man Jack, right?
My beef with BC is that it's not an emulator that can play all games. I still have a library of 360 games I can't play on X1 (Beautiful Katamari, Burnout Crash, N3 and Williams Pinball, notably).
There's a spell glitch in Morrowind (on Xbox, not sure about PC) where one can boost every stat to insane levels (since there was no cap). I remember boosting Speed to some asinine level where a flick of the controller had me on the other side of the map. Also: I miss the talking crab with amazing loot.
Speaking of which, I still have a brand new box set of Twins Peaks I never opened from like 17 years ago. And when I say new…I mean… Wait for it…
Wrapped in plastic.
Too bad it ain't worth spit. Come on hipsters, buy my old shit!
Ah, original content that requires proprietary software or branded hardware. Only other products I can think of with that sort of game plan are gaming consoles.
Can't slow down. Can't be docile. We gotta be quick. And angry. We gotta be…
The fast and the furious.
Too lazy to watch the vid…someone tell me Chinatown gets a nod.
I also can't help but say "Dan Dan Fielding" in my head when I think of Dan Fielding.
I just downloaded the entire series a month ago, out of nostalgia (and yes, downloaded because you cant buy the entire series anywhere).
I always remember the first episode I ever saw:. The one where a new younger judge and Harry had a prank war to show who was the hipest. F'n hilarious.
It was good if you got it… Too many people wanted some sort of realistic history of hip hop. It's a celebration of a culture, not a docu-drama.
Could it just be that people are finally tired of summer blockbuster CGI fests? I'm a comic nerd whose tired of comic book films. Turning Arthur into the Fast And Furious with swords just looks dumb af. Or in another case, I don't care how much praise the Downey Sherlock Holmes films get, it just looks like they…
No, because Gizmodo sucks.
Somehow it's so appropriate that Gizmodo's "investigative journalism" is about a juicer.
I recall an interview during his Audioslave days where he basically was saying he was infatuated with his own death…one of the Audioslave tracks was about him 'seeing' his own death, but can't recall which song it was. Also, LOTS of his lyrics in hindsight we're about death.
What Grampton said. Been rewatching the whole series this past month and see that message every time
Hm, but seasons 1 - 3 about to get removed…wonder if they'll make a deal to get them back later
But figuratively could odd?
I get the furor up north about Shake Shack, but by the time they opened a shop around here, they had to compete against 5 Guys, BurgerFi, Burger 21, Graffiti Junktion and a couple others… Which meant the actual food itself was nothing special. Didn't help that a NYC transplant buddy of mine hyped up SS like it was…
Krs just invented 'Grandpa rap'
