I think you're thinking of Bill Maher…

Everyone is defended by somebody. The people who like her have decided to let it go and the people who hate her, up to and including the president, are beating the shit out of her with it. Personally I've accepted her explanation that she was raised believing it and had no reason to doubt it.

You feel she's not being mocked and hounded?

… were people expecting him to change? Acting the way he does got him elected to the most powerful position in the world. Calling her that name, and being a sexist, racist, xenophobe is a winning strategy.

If they really want to give him a stroke, she should play Trump.

You think I'm crying?

America hates Trump, to the tune of about 3 million voters. And in a couple of years when you see how much he tricked you into fucking yourself, you're going to have an even lower opinion of your intelligence than the majority of America already does.

Give the role to Rosie O'Donnell

I had just always assumed that he's been playing a Batman villain this whole time.

He primarily subsists on food intended for other people. If he doesn't have to grab it off someone else's plate, it just doesn't taste as good.

Hey, have you guys here at the AV club heard about this guy Donald Trump? I hope you like reading about him!

I guarantee there will be some "conservatives" who are offended by this.

If that's what arm wrestling is, where one guy goes limp and drops to the floor to dangle from the wrist of the other guy, then who cares who wins?

The right can't stop crying even after the win. What a sad group.

Boy, that Anthony Daniels really was a pretty young man in his day.

That's all well and good, but did you notice that only Dax has a wife in the movie? How am I supposed to watch an unmarried guy on screen without worrying about my own sexuality, unless the movie reminds me that he's straight every 45 seconds?

Margot Robbie as a subversive reimagining of Blaire.

Your quote is what it costs to get you in a movie. If you were paid five million for your previous movie, and can make an argument that the studio got it's money worth, then that's your "quote." Anyone who tries to hire you, your agent is going to open the negotiations with that number or probably one slightly higher.

"(The fact that things are often cheaper on Amazon than they are at retail is probably irrelevant.)"

The reason multiple people come up with the same idea or invention at the same time is that they're all humans living in the same time period and sharing the same knowledge base. People don't invent in a void - they build on what came before.
