Good point… in some ways this movie is nothing but "banana peel" moments.

… my eyes hurt when I try to read this.
Good point, that scene where they show all the monsters was awesome but not scary because of the great graphics. It looked like the coolest museum ever, not a terrifying repository of evil.
I agree with BJ, I thought it was a well-made movie that took an interesting look at the horror genre. But it was not scary at all and when it was funny it was funny for the wrong reasons.
When they bother to use logic on this show, it's always a quick process. It would never occur to them to look or think beyond the surface of something.
white trash kabuki - supposed to start at 11:13 but might not, so skip ahead - http://www.tu.tv/videos/sou…

Pabst Blue Ribbon perhaps…
You better trademark White Trash Kabuki right away…
White Trash Kabuki sounds like it would be awesome.
Counter-counterpoint - Seth Meyers as a late night host.
… and flamingwombat was never heard from again.
I've seen all of the Star Trek ones.
That's too high of a price to pay for any further knowledge.
I get that, and I don't exactly disagree. But if you can shoot on a location that doesn't require permits or any kind of established infrastructure, and only involves loading a couple of actors and a single camera crew into a couple of vans for a 12 hour day and then they all drive home, I think it's close enough. And…
If you haven't started yet, the move might be to not start at all. This was a pretty good episode but those are few and far between. If I wasn't already invested in it, I wouldn't be thrilled about watching this. Your better bet is to rewatch Daredevil :)
Do we know that it was filmed on a location? To me it looked like a single set, and a few scenes in a shitty scrub desert somewhere just outside of LA.
Why would you think this wasn't a bottle episode?
When the guy who kidnapped Simmons said "He can smell blood. We have to go, he's coming!" I could hear the Cinema Sins guy's voice going "Asshole plays the pronoun game even though telling Simmons who "he" is would clearly make her stop resisting! *DING*"
Ha, good point. But better that than take money out of the pockets of fans.
