It's an easy enough mistake - by the sound of it it certainly COULD be just Norway.

At first Grace and Frankie absolutely wanted the other to leave the beach house so she could have it to herself.
My understanding (confirmed by Wikipedia) is that the Nordic countries are generally considered to unambiguously refer to Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, including their associated territories (Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and the Åland Islands).
That's where the spectacular leap of logic comes in - you can be against the war without supporting the enemy.
Pretty sure both women WANTED to be at the beach house. I certainly would.
I'm partial to "The artist formerly known as ________" when discussing someone in their pre-transition state. Though with this guy you could go with "The a$$hole formerly known as _______."
Like hell Little Finger didn't know.
I don't think George Clooney is even a quarter native Hawiian in The Descendants, is he?
Sets CAN look remotely accurate… buy it turns out that Green Screen World cannot.

My random beliefs are as follows:
They might have kep the landline in a faint hope Adam had lived.
I assume Doug told Ben that Ben had killed Adam and that Ben would go down for Adam's murder.
Too greedy and too cheap. I think British productions commit to an entire season at a time, none of this telling writers they have an episode to wrap it up (or never telling them at all).
Willa straight-up murdered Bridey, eh? That wouldn't have been much fun.
Pretty sure it was Cam who said (roughly) in one of the cut-aways "maybe I shouldn't have have given him a mark-up."
I saw it more as a critique than you did - they gave the guy a mark-up.
