Yeah, he was "bleeding" garmonbozia. It was definitely Billy.

And anyway…have you seen "Blue Velvet"? :)

There was a great article written on the violence against women in that particular episode - an episode that, poignantly (I thought), ended with Rebekah del Rio singing "No Stars." I think Lynch clearly wanted to show male-female violence in all of its forms; I'm not usually incredibly sensitive but that one got me

And the bug that crawled in Sarah's mouth in episode 8…?

I agree, but it's also the scene that I was awake thinking of at 3 a.m. It's the one that freaked me out the most. Like you just KNEW that Billy was….well, that something was wrong. But what? Looked like he'd just been beaten up, but something else, more subtle….and that pool of garmonbozia right before they cut

Any relation to James? ;)

I think she's the girl who swallowed the bug in Episode 8. I think that's the demon/BOB/evil living inside her. She was always super creepy in the original series…seems like a part of her still fights to be good but is sorely outnumbered.

Ha - me either; I just read it in the comments on here! :)

Freddie is the green glove guy. Girl at the end of the episode wearing flannel is Lynch's wife irl.

Big shift from a couple weeks ago when all the women were being terrorized, yes?

I agree. I have the good fortune of living a stone's throw from where Twin Peaks was filmed. I have spentthe bigger part of the last five years traipsing through those woods and I recognize one of the spots where they were walking. The woods up here are so beautiful and so magical.

Crazy to think she's like 50!!! Elle est mais trop belle

Yeah, I love her. She's meant to be a caricature, I think. Understated, sexy and well… just weird. I think she fits in perfectly.

Anybody else enjoy reading these synopses/analyses nearly as much as watching the show itself each week? It's a ritual with me: I hop online even as the credits are rolling to see what everyone else is saying, and see if I missed anything important. I'm already dreading the end of the series… :(

Good catch! Totally forgot that.

I thought so, too! I even said out loud at one point, "Wow- that's the old Bobby I remember."!

Yep, I figured I wasn't the only one to think it! And wasn't it kind of garmonbozia-like as well?

Lissie

And the bug-thing that (I think) crawled down her throat in ep 8…

No, but that's a great observation!
