As for Billy, remember that the girl at the bar said that Billy had blood just running out of his mouth and that Something was off with him (he scaled a six-foot fence with no problem)?…

So my kid got this one: Sarah Palmer was that girl whose throat the bug went down in episode 8. Also, I feel like nobody has mentioned that Billy is the guy in the jail cell… whoever Billy is.
