I think their second album is the best. Lots of doom-metal epics on it. Their third and fourth albums are less epic, but have more variety in songwriting.

I read through a lot of comments to see if someone mentioned The Sadies. +1 for you.

The Deadly Snakes and The Sadies are Canadian treasures AFAIC.

Blood Ceremony is amazing. I was actually at their first show, which was in a tiny dive bar called The Bagel. It's been amazing to see them progress since then.

I'm of the opinion that the Hip just weren't that good and that's why they never hit it big. They wrote about Canada and were good enough to ride the Cancon wave to massive success, but that's about it. I was at a packed bar for their last show, trying to trigger some sort of hidden love for the band, but I couldn't

The Q bands better include Quintron.

Young man, if I was talking to you, you'd know I was.

Are they really a "supergroup?" When scenes get going, everyone plays in each other's bands. Eventually, one group will get some success and the lineup sticks together, but the members have probably had other things going with their friends simply because its fun playing music with your buddies. It's cool that members

Yeah, but, Norm!

David Duke and Sister Rosetta Tharpe.

The other one is on Gerrard, east of the DVP.

And of course, it's backed up by Bernie Worrell's keyboard.

And in the end, Arya discovers a new land and everyone leaves Westeros to the White Walkers and Dany's dragons. The end.

Next season - The Hound and Arya reunite and a feed a baby deer together.

Anyone else find people travel around quickly in this show? I mean, it must have taken a few weeks for Jon, Sansa and Davos to get from the Wildlings camp to Bear Island to Deepwood Motte. What's everyone else doing in all this down time?

We need an outtakes clip of the Queen of Thorns spending five minutes or so berating Cersei. Kind of like the Erlich v. Action Jack in Silicon Valley.

Probably just as useless, but not nearly as annoying.

I'm re-watching season three right now and remembering how over-the-top and drawn out the Theon torture porn is.

While I'm Beatle bashing, I've never understood the praise for Yesterday. It's way too schmaltzy.

This is probably a little cliche, but Sgt. Pepper. I wouldn't say I despise it, but I really think it only has a couple of truly good songs, while the rest is mediocre at best. For the record, those good songs are the title track, Mr. Kite, Good Morning and A Day in the Life.
