Oh captain, my captain!

Tovah Feldshuh singing "Period Sex" is one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Also, Tovah Feldshuh and Patti Lupone in the same episode of television.

KAREN, SHUT UP!

I feel the same way about Heather.

I thought Yentl first and then remembered Tommy. Both brilliant!

My favorite joke of the episode was the name of the alcohol that was sponsoring the party at Spiders'. When Hector said it, it didn't register with me, but Rebecca's reaction to the waitress saying what sounded like "So Jew?" was PRICELESS.

That whole scene reminded me of Love Kernels…Anna was even framed in the shot the same way that Josh was in the song.

I do the same thing. Rachel Bloom and I are the same age, and I realized during the episode where they had both a Spice Girls and a Trapped in the Closet parody that we probably have a lot of the same nostalgic music stuff.

What a mess!

I always thought that Mitchum Huntzberger was right about Rory—she didn't really have what it took to be a journalist. And that's okay! I wish they could have let her explore other options instead of continuing to insist that she was just misunderstood.

Shut up, adopted…pussycat.

John Watson had an epiphery.

Oh, I thought that was for Mycroft and the government people who were following him, not for his sister.

That's what I thought was going to happen too! Like at the end of Murder by Death.

Mrs. Hudson finally got her big moment! I loved it.

I think my favorite cameo was Miss Celine in this episode. Absolutely brilliant acting and writing.

Half-assed though the Eden/Nasser storyline was, I really enjoyed watching Jeremy Northam speaking Arabic. (That VOICE.) Also, I apparently know nothing about English history and had to google Anthony Eden to make sure he wasn't dead at the end.

I actually don't watch Game of Thrones but the last thing I saw Stephen Dillane in was the miniseries version of the Cazalet Chronicle by Elizabeth Jane Howard, playing a total dick. I think I didn't recognize him because he was playing a nice guy.

Aw man, you could have said, "If all of these songs were in one movie, that would be enough," continuing the Hamilton theme.

SHUT UP HE LOOKS LIKE TOM SELLECK
